These "Liberty Blue" cup and saucer sets are 2 5/8". They have a blue and white floral rim . The scene in the saucer is that of the Old North Church. The scene on the cup is that of the Paul Revere riding through town. They are in excellent condition.

Number 9 in a series of 12 Fornasetti plates commissioned in the 1970’s by Martini & Rossi. Each plate depicts an item in their wine museum in Pessione, in this case the first barrel – Il Primo Tino - used for the fabrication of the famous Martini vermouth. Pessione is a village in northern Italy, not far from Torino. The back of the plate gives a contextual presentation of the plate and has the Fornasetti brush in hand mark. Diameter "9 ¼ / 23.7 cm. Condition: fine.

This set of 6 fruit knives, stainless steel blades and porcelain handles, was produced in England by Royal Crown Derby before 1970. They are 8 1/2 inches long. They are in a silk lined fitted box. The handles are fine bone china. They are decorated with a floral transfer decoration which is painted over by hand. The stainless steel blades have a serrated edge. Condition: Excellent. They have never been used.

This porcelain vase was produced in Copenhagen, Denmark by the Royal Copenhagen factory in the mid 20th century. It is marked with the inventory number 3055. It measures 12 1/4 inches tall and has a diameter of 5 inches. The vase has a classic baluster shape used from ancient times in the Middle East. The crackle glaze is inspired by ancient Asian porcelain. The body of the vase is sea foam green. The neck and interior of the vase is gray. There are bands of bright gold accenting it...

Lovely pair of porcelain compotes in the "Dresden Garland" pattern by Schumann. The pierced rims are heavily decorated with colorful flowers and gilding. Each compote is centered with a floral bouquet surrounded by entwined gilt and floral garlands. The decorative motifs are echoed on the pedestals. The bottoms are marked by Schumann.

Round decorative tile of an early steamship atop a Sherwin-Williams-type schematic earth, diameter 7 3/8" and about 7/8" thick at the edges. This is a hand crafted and no doubt unique piece; hand painted, and glazed. On the reverse is scratched into the ceramic what I take to be apparently the date: "11-7-22". There are two holes drilled at the top, through which a wire has been strung, to allow this to hang on a wall. See several thousand paintings, drawings and prints in my shop.

This really nice Wildfire 9 inch diameter small dinner plate was made by Hall China in the 1940s to 1950s. This dinner plate is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Jacobean or Tudor style Cast Architectural Element of Saint George slaying the dragon there are various paint traces throughout we date this at least Victorian if not Jacobean period. A Revernay French art studio pottery vase probably from the 1920s. Made by Atelier Revernay of France (known 1896-1930s), this attractive 8 1/4" tall vase has molded drip highlights and a mottled blue and brown glaze. The blue has deep greenish under-tones.
