This porcelain figural group was produced in Germany by Hutschenreuther in the 1950s. It measures 9 1/2 inches high and 6 inches wide. The piece has a glamorous 1950s look. The gentleman has three fingers held up for three kisses from his lady. The group is finely modeled with excellent detail. It is hand painted to give just enough color and definition to the couple. This majolica pitcher has an unusual anchor and chain pattern around the top and pale pink flowers with green leaves on a cream background in the center. It has a brown basket weave bottom. There is some clay shrinkage on the inside. See picture for details. There are no marks.

Measuring 9.75 inches in diameter and 3.75 inches high, this gorgeous, Ohio-made, circa 1920's, yellowware fruit bowl features fabulous blue sponging with gold gilt highlights along its decoratively embossed and scalloped rim.
