This is a wonderful hand painted cottageware /cottage ware biscuit jar, biscuit barrel or cookie jar made by Price Brothers, Kensington, Staffordshire England. This item is from the 1940s and is marked Ye Olde Cottage. The shape is a thatched cottage with it's original rattan handle. It is 7" tall without the handle x 5" deep x 6" wide. These is a flake on the inside rim.

The sugar with lid is 4.5" tall x 3.5" square.

The creamer is 2.75" tall x 3" square

There are no chips, no cracks, and no repairs to these items. They are are in excellent condition.

Two(2) English Royal Staffordshire Transferware Creamers, one green and one cranberry color, 3 1/2" high, 3 3/4" wide include handle, 2 1/4" deep, with bridge, ducks in the lake in front of the English style building, no damage or restoration. Marked "Royal Staffordshire" "Tonquin" "A J Wilkinson LTD" Burslem, England" on the bottom in red and green.

A 4" across and 2" high Byzantaware lustre English porcelain flower frog in the Winton Grimwades Tuba shape. Although the mark is mostly obscured by the lustre glaze it is identical to a green luster Tuba frog which is fully marked; this frog is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, losses, damage or repairs. This porcelain plate was produced in England by Royal Worcester in 1933. The date codes indicate this year. It is signed by the artist E. Barker. The plate measures 10 ¾” in diameter. A brilliant array of hand painted flowers in an urn fill the center of the plate. They are realistically portrayed in fine detail. The rim of the plate is finished with an embossed band of gold. It’s like an English country garden on a plate. Condition: Excellent

This Royal Doulton plate is 10 1/4" in diameter. This plate is crazed. If you have the patience all of the crazing will come out. There are no chips, cracks, or repairs to this item.

A very cheerful and colorful ceramic paneled vase decorated in the Merrie England motif by Newhall Pottery in England, dating to around 1930. The scenery depicts a castle with beefeater guards from Tudor England. The vivid, warm earth tones make you want to go outside for sunshine.

The entire front surface of the plate is decorated. They have elaborate gold borders with cartouches containing urns. The centers are hand painted with scenes of Italian landscapes and water views. They were painted by the renowned artist, P. Curnock. He used color beautifully in the skies and mountains...
