A Revernay French art studio pottery vase probably from the 1920s. Made by Atelier Revernay of France (known 1896-1930s), this attractive 8 1/4" tall vase has molded drip highlights and a mottled blue and brown glaze. The blue has deep greenish under-tones. This ceramic wall plaque was produced in France at the Manufacture Nationale de Sevres in 1928. The artist is Adrian August Leduc. His painted signature is on the back of the plaque as well as an impressed mark. It measures 11 ¼ inches in diameter and is 1 ½ inches deep. The design is abstract and high relief. Blowpipes have been used for hunting in some parts of the world, and in Western Flanders blowpipe with darts or arrows was a popular sport for about a hundred years, starting at the beginning of the 19th century. Absolutely Beautiful French Louis XV style gilt bronze champleve and enamel porcelain covered Urn, great delicate enamel work, high quality hand painting on porcelain depicting two playful children surrounded by floral motif on one side and on the oposit beautiful scenery and foliage. Very large vase by Pierre Greber, dating from around 1950 when he produced his famous "bronzed ceramics", with a metallic glaze on a black background. This vase in excellent condition measures approximately 11 1/2" high and is signed with the incised "Greber" signature Pierre borrowed from his uncle Charles. 5 French PHL Depose Porcelain Tea Cups and 6 Saucers, total 11 pieces, with beautiful birds and butterflies with blue floral branches, with raised Enamel overglaze touch, the gilding on the rims and edges are worn, no damages.

Sauce pot with spout and handle, decoration in green and brown on white, and with a Greek fret border in sgraffito, 1950's. Pierced handle, to allow for the pot to be exposed on the kitchen wall. Marks for Robert Picault, Vallauris. Width "6½/ 17 cm, height "2¼/ 6 cm. Condition: fine.

These 4 porcelain ramekins were produced in France by Gerard, Dufraisseix and Abbot Limoges in the 1940s. The under plates have a diameter of 5 inches and the cups have a diameter of 4 inches. They are decorated with a transfer design. The garlands of flowers contain large pink roses. The cups are decorated inside and outside. There is gold trim and gilded accents on both pieces...

French Majolica knife rests from the 1950s, a pair. Handmade, unsigned but likely from Vallauris, the foremost ceramic centre in postwar France, also favoured by artists like Picasso. Length c."4/ 10 cm. Condition: a small glaze flake to the tip of the tail of one dove (cf. pic 3 and 4).
