This porcelain covered box was produced in Hungary by Herend between 1950 and 1970. It is 3 inches long and 3 inches high. The box is molded in the shape of a preening bird. It has a special European style. The bird is hand painted with bright enamels in lovely detail. Condition: Excellent.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Berlin, Germany by KPM, Konigliche Porzellan Manufactor in 1921. There is a date cipher impressed in the porcelain indicating this year. The saucer measures 5 inches and the cup is 2 inches high and 3 ¼ inches in diameter. The porcelain is delicate. It is hand painted with colorful bouquets of flowers in the Meissen style. It has gold trim and gilded accents. CONDITION: Excellent

Basket weave rectangular cache-pot/flower pot and interior liner by Waechtersbach. Decoration of green dots and a printed flower border in late Art Nouveau or Jugendstil style, also running over the handles of the pot. The liner left undecorated. Impressed shield mark and printed blue mark "Wächtersbach" and a black printed mark, possibly a year mark for 1923, December. Width including handles "7¼/ 18,5 cm, height "2¼/ 5,5 cm. Condition: a hairline visible from the inside of one handle.

This porcelain figurine was produced in Germany by the Schwarzburger Werkstatten or Schwarzburg Workshops in the 1920s. The base has the impressed initials AST which stand for the artist Albert Storch. The factory was founded by Max Aldolf Pfeiffer in 1908 and he was the director until 1913 at which time he became the artistic director at Meissen. Most of the pieces have the dates on the bottom. The plates measure 7 inches in diameter, the saucers are 5 inches in diameter and the cups are 2 inches high. The rims of each piece are crimped and scalloped. All are hand painted, with no two pieces exactly the same...
