The Florentine pattern was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass Company from 1932 to 1935. It was made with scalloped edges or straight edges. Although Hazel Atlas didn't distinguish one from the other, collectors today call the scalloped edge 'Florentine 1' and the straight edge style 'Florentine 2'. This is a really pretty depression glass topaz yellow Princess tea or coffee Cup and Saucer made by Hocking Glass from 1931 to 1934. This Cup measures 3 1/2 inches across the top. The Saucer (which is the dessert plate used as the saucer) measures 5 5/8 inches across. Both the Cup and Saucer are in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Made in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. This is the 5 1/2 inch goblet in crystal with the satin finish. Perfect condition.
