A beautiful Art Deco green-cut-to-clear decanter designed by Charles Graffart for Val St. Lambert. The pyramidal shape capped by an inverted stopper is very linear and perfectly accents the austere overlay cutting pattern. The base is signed "Val St. Lambert" and the stopper is engraved with a number that matches the number inside the decanter's neck.

Origin: Belgium, ca. 1930. Condition: excellent, no chips or cracks. Size: 9-1/8" tall.

A very nice cut crystal cocktail shaker in cobalt blue overlay. The design is a classic pattern of angular mitres emanating from oval printies. The shaker is acid-signed on the bottom "Japan". Cut glass in the Art Deco style was one of the industries established in Japan during the Occupation following World War II, and the products are always of fine quality that easily compete with European products of the same era...

Large wheel engraved vase depicting birds in trees just leafing out, the design is executed over the entire surface of the vase from base to rim. The shape of the vase is a tapering, pinched, ovoid form. The vase is in exceptional condition, with a couple of light surface scratches on the interior or exterior of the vase as is normally found on older glass; no chips, cracks or repairs...

A superb example of modern glass design by Anzolo Fuga for AVEM. A very similar vessel is documented in Rosa Barovier Menstasi's book, ANZOLO FUGA, in the"Multicolor Rods and Murrine" section, page 61. This vessel has the same murrine and colored rod as pictured in the book, with a more slender neck that exudes elegance. This exceptional modern vessel is is 17.75" tall and is excellent condition.

These sparkly lunch or dessert plates measure 8 1/4" across. They feature Cape Cod's pattern of fire-polished optic glass diamonds and thumbprints with a large ray star in the center. These two wine stems are a collaboration between two companies: Cambridge Glass made the amethyst art deco flared wine bowl, while Farber Bros. made the cut-out chrome basket, the shapely stem and the broad bell foot. This bright Westmoreland carnival basket shows rich purple and cranberry-red pansies with a petal from each to form the foot. The handles are clear and arc over the flowers to just touch, and the bottom is crystal clear. It measures 4 3/4" across and 4 1/2" high to the top of the handles. The flat flare rim is encircled in embossed holly leaves, The plate is stippled glass with a large embossed whirling flower. Just a wonderful piece to serve hot goodies with a bit of glamor. These elegant, charming Beaumont Glass keyhole candlesticks are in an opaque, clambroth color on the Fer-Lux blank. Each belled and flared foot shows enamel green dots - quite festive. The keyhole shows two scrolls holding the flared and scalloped candle holder (fits an average taper.) Each are trimmed in gold around the scalloped top, around the neck and around the broad foot. Each are in perfect condition, though there is minor gold loss on the foot of one candlestick...

This lovely black trophy vase is by L. E. Smith from the 1930s. It features a large heart shape cameo with two women dancing with scarves. The rim is ruffled and it stands in a square foot. They are blown, rib optic glass with subtle curves extending to the cut and finished rim. It is crystal clear and in very good condition, perfect except that it has a wee chip on the rim of the lid that is not apparent when placed in the mouth of the pitcher.
