Gorgeous silver plate gravy boat by Christofle of France, fashioned after the Empire Period of Napoleon, named Malmaison after his home in France, large size with attached underplate, mid 20th century. Pair of vintage sterling silver and rosewood "supper" candlesticks designed and signed circa 1950's by American & Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). Spratling referred to this design as "supper" candlesticks in his 1958-59 catalog. Each stick stands 3" high. A rosewood circle midway down on the stem is inset with 6 silver buttons. A rare sterling silver bar spoon/cocktail muddler in the "Aztec" pattern by Hector Aguilar. This very handsome design was one of Aguilar's most icon creations. The long spoon can be used to stir cocktails and is heavy enough to be used as a muddler, as well. The reverse is stamped with the mark used by Aguilar from 1955 until 1962.

Origin: Mexico, 1955-62. Condition: excellent, light surface scratching from normal use. Dimensions: 9-1/4" long. Weight 70.3 gr.

This is a lovely set of Cohr 4 blue wax candles and 2 silver plate holders. The set is complete in its original box and has never been used. The candlestick holders have a neat, mod design. They measure 3 3/4" (and are concave) x 2 1/8" x 3/4". They have very good heft, weighing 5 ounces. They are marked Cohr with the Cohr maker's mark and DENMARK. The set is in excellent condition! The box is not in excellent condition (see pictures).
