Baby quilt embroidered with the child's prayer "Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep" with a yellow border. In each corner is a child kneeling in prayer with a baby animal or pet: a girl with a lamb, a boy with puppy, girl with bunny, and a boy with a kitten. Very good antique/vintage condition with some wear at the edges. Well quilted and embroidered, it measures 32" x 37.5". Dates circa 1930's.

SALE The scarf is probably NH and is dated and also has an initial, Al. It is handwoven and is 38" on two sides and then 47" across the back. It is 1/2 of a square, triangle. It is in perfect condition. The colors are beige, brown, and tan. This is a museum-quality Shaker scarf.

Red, white, and navy blue hand woven wool coverlet, early 19th century, measuring 91" long by 74" wide. Woven in two equal sections, three fringed sides have the design shown in photos 1,3 & 4. Beautiful green gold silver silk bed cover made of the bottom trim from antique wedding saris . The cover fits a queen, the seams are somewhat delicate and a few have seperated but easily fixed with double sided iron tape I fixed a few spots over the years . This was used in a spare guest suite. I bought this wholesale in 2002 at the LA trade show for 275.00 size approx 84 by 93" due to the amount of seams and that it is antique fabrics we are selling this asis.

Gorgeous vintage Hermes silk scarf (“carré”) worked in rich shades of medium blue, cream, golds, browns and greys. The design illustrates various 18th century gilded carriage or chariot wheels, including one emblazoned with an image of the Sun King, Louis XIV. The hand-rolled edges (rolled toward the front) are plump. “Hermès Paris” is worked into the design, as is the signature of the desiger, Caty Latham.

Fabulous sassy pouch and totally intact, a major feat for a little purse that ancient! Large blue faceted beads, two levels of tiny silver bead fringe and an eight strand long tassel. Great lining and metal drawstring. Some lucky person danced the Charleston with this little purse swinging from her wrist. Diameter of purse fully opened 4 1/2", length of purse 5", length of tassel 2 1/2", wristband tightens automatically by metal drawstring to fit any size wrist.

This purse was purchased from a very fine estate sale, and the quality of this Judith Jack purse reflects the sale from which it came. The marquisite (pyrite) is "grade A" mined in South America. The stones are hand set in sterling silver. The design and craftsmanship are superb. The lining repeatedly presents Judith Jack's name. The metal cartouche says "Judith Jack, made in Italy." Purse is 5 1/2" by 4 5/8". 1 1/2" front to back. Beaded chain is 11 1/2" end to end.

Old hand stitched Indian 'chakla' textile. Kathipa style embroidered in 'heer' floss silk on old cotton base. Undated, estimated to be early 20th century or earlier. 38 inches square. Good condition few missing mirrors. Can be viewed in central London and shipped worldwide.

Off-white flowing wool jacket with generously applied yarn figural art work on the back, front, and sleeves, Mexico, c.1940's. Satin lined with gathered shoulders, this jacket is stitched at the two front pockets and all the edges. Approx. size 14 and the sleeves can be folded. Measuring 11.5" wide x 15.75" long, this lovely, circa 1930, crosstitch cross stitch sampler depicts the history of a New York City and New Jersey family with multiple cultural nationalities displayed as well as a variety of early family occupations, significant streets, town, and structures.

Old Kalaga from Myanmar (now Burma) featuring an unusual but colorful bird. The kalaga is embroidered with a combination of metallic and plain threads, sequins, beads and glass stones. Applied around the bird in a circle are glass-like stones that give the appearance of moonstones. In very good antique/vintage condition, it measures about 14.25 inches square.
