This is one of the Steuben animals that I have never seen before. Measuring 5" high, he was introduced in 1974, and I don't know when he was discontinued, but I know he isn't available anymore. He is in perfect condition. It is Steuben number 8293.
Gorgeous silver plate gravy boat by Christofle of France, fashioned after the Empire Period of Napoleon, named Malmaison after his home in France, large size with attached underplate, mid 20th century.
Measures 9" x 5 3/4" x 6" high.
The hallmark indicates that the piece was made between 1935 and 1983, and has the Coll Gallia impressed mark as well.
Like all Christofle wares, the details are very refined, the forms are beautiful and the quality is superb...
Large stylized murano glass figure of a kneeling Asian, rendered in two shades of smoky gray glass with amethyst undertones. The figure is made of simple forms, but the attention to detail is evident in the face and head of the figure. The figure stands 13.5 inches (34.2 cm) tall and is slightly over 5 inches (12.7 cm) wide and is 7.5 inches (19 cm) deep. Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or repairs. This six-sided bangle is a truly rare Georg Jensen piece and undoubtedly has gone out of production. It was bought in 1968 and has not been worn very much. This is a design done more than 50 years ago and a long-time GJ dealer in New York says he cannot remember ever having seen the piece. Inside one of the six sides of the bangle is the Georg Jensen mark in a circle of dots, 925S Denmark, and the number 177. The internal diameter is 7cm (2.75in).
RARE:Beautiful, early Georg Jensen art nouveau sterling and garnets pill box, c.1915. It is signed "GEORG JENSEN(embossed on base-1915 mark) 925S(embossed) STERLING DENMARK 143A". It measures 1 1/2" in diameter and 1" high. The silver flower is applied. There are a few problems with the piece. There are no dings but there are some repairs. I think the hinge has been reapplied with lead solder. and there may OR may not be a red glass stone that was applied and set in brass(at the top)...
Classic cheese knife made of sterling and rosewood by Hector Aguilar, Mexico, c.1948. This heavy gauge silver piece shows a lush Mexican design with a curved sterling blade and measures 6 1/4" long. It is signed "HA(flared) STERLING TAXCO MEXICO 9(bellmark)TALLER BORDA" and is in good condition. There is an 3/4" slight age crack in the wood on one side and there is a bit of metal roughness at the outer edge on both sides that could be original...
Incredible copper brass, and mother-of-pearl crab dish, Mexico, c.1945. One of the most exciting table wear pieces from Mexico, unsigned. It measures 19" long by 13" wide by 4" high and is very heavy weight. A vintage mid century modernist dish by William Spratling with four Rosewood feet.
Measures 1 1/8" high and 3 5/8" across. Marked with the conjoined Script 'WS' and Eagle #63. These were the marks used between 1965-67. In good condition, has some tarnish and very minor dings to the body that can mostly be seen from the underside. There are some minor crimps to some of the edges. The wood feet are in very nice condition.

DESCRIPTION: Wonderful melon-shaped split oak basket with a sturdy bentwood handle which is oak-wrapped on both ends. This early 1900’s basket is in great condition with no losses noted. DIMENSIONS: 15" long x 12.5" wide; height with handle is 11", w/o 8".

Dresden Plate design quilt, c.1930's. The white cotton quilt measures 55" by 76" and there are 12 squares, made of different patterns, with a pink patterned border. Hand made Baskets quilt with 15 baskets applied on diamond-shaped square. Hand stitched in patterns all over and in fair condition. Baskets and stitching are fine but there are stains on the quilt. Early vintage rosewood & sterling silver dish or ashtray designed & signed c. 1930's by American & Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). The piece measures 3 1/4" across and 1 1/2" high. The hand carved octangular wood holder is inset with a hand hammered 980 sterling silver liner. Signed twice - WS TAXCO 980 on the silver, also WS TAXCO branded into the underside of the wood. Spratling always branded his wood furniture and objects. Beautiful condition...
This is a classic Steuben vase with a contemporary twist made by George Thompson, consisting of a hand blown fluid crystal bowl having a knot straped stem with hand-applied entwined glass pieces attached up the base,. Condition: Very good with no chips o cracks, surface scratches visible. Measurement: 8 1/2 _" h.
