This is a porcelain figurine made in Germany by Rosenthal in the 1950s. The height is 11 1/8 inches, the width is 7 inches and it is 4 inches deep. The model number 1567 is impressed in the base. There are artist's initials impressed in the base. The piece depicts a family of koalas clinging to a tree limb. They are bright eyed and quite adorable. They are hand painted in life-like colors. The group can be viewed from all sides...

This porcelain and silver tea cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Freidrich Deusch silver company circa 1950. The set retains its original paper labels which cover the porcelain blank mark. It had a 13 1/2 inch wing span and is 8 1/4 inches high. The figurine is expertly modeled by this highly renowned artist. This drake is hand painted in natural colors. His splendid plumage is finely detailed. The mallard is lifting up out of the water with powerful, swift wings...

Fenton Blue Opalescent Hobnail Basket was produced in the 1950's. It is 6" tall and in mint condition.

Vase stands 10 inches (25.4 cm) tall, and has a "double ruffled" rim. Made by Fenton 1947 to 1952 as model number 189. Unmarked, probably had paper label (Fenton glass was not marked "in mold" until 1953). A fascinating optical effect is caused by the clear glass "dots" that lends interest to this style vase. There is a small burst bubble in the clear casing glass in the lowest row of "dots" that occurred during manufacture. No chips, cracks or repairs. Circa 1950.
