This is an unusual Chinese porcelain Famille Rose covered cup made for the European market, with gilded rope twist handles; late 18th century. Condition: chip inside rim of cup. Measurement: 5"h x 5" dia.

This beautiful brilliant bowl seems to be unsigned, but it is truly beautiful and extremely heavy. There is one tiny flake at the top of one of the teeth. It measures 9" in diameter.

A lovely early 20th century Imperial Russian wooden Easter egg with polychrome decoration of a young peasant couple engaged in a kiss. The image is very sweet and nicely detailed. The back side of the egg bears the gilt letters “XB” for “Christ is Risen.” Careful examination of the drill holes in the egg show even oxidation of unpainted surfaces and the paint has typical aligatoring, supporting a very late 19th or early 20th century age...

A lovely set of six sterling silver demitasse spoons in the “Wild Rose” variant of the “Vine” pattern. The bowls are in the elongated shape often seen in Tiffany demitasse spoons and are enhanced with soft matte gilding. Each is stamped with the Tiffany hallmark used 1873-1891. The spoons are accompanied by a Tiffany felt bag of more recent vintage.

A very large albumen print of the statue of St. George by Donatello. Originally sculpted about 1416 for the Orsanmichele in Florence, the statue and niche are now at the Bargello. A trinket box made from Bog Oak - a partially fossilized wood formed as a result of immersion in Irish peat bogs for approximately 5000 years. The wood has been turned and finely carved with Shamrock leaves and a central Trinity Harp and was made in Ireland in the second half of the 19th Century during the reign of Queen Victoria. Condition: excellent - no damages or losses. 7.5cm (3 inches) diameter; 6cm (2.3 inches) high.
