Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1169 vase - part of the Spanish Knobs variation - in honey. The vase is approximately 6 inches high and is the triangular pinch style that has 4 openings in the top. This variation is hard to find. The honey color is a ceramic wash applied over crystal...

The squared-off shape is less common than the traditional globe-shaped pitcher, and only became popular after World War II...

A boldly geometrical flapper necklace from the 1920’s, made up of large circular shiny black celluloid elements, a design likely to rattle in rhythm with any Charleston band. Length "44/ 110 cm, diameter of circles"1 2/3/ 4.2 cm. Condition: fine.There is a lock (cf. photo 2), so the sautoir can be worn double.

Intensely colored amethyst glass inkwell finished with a gilt brass collar. The severe cubic form is relieved by canted, curved corners. The base is acid-stamped "Made In Czecho-Slovakia", indicating a date between the World Wars.

This pretty depression glass monax white American Sweetheart 9 3/4 inch Dinner Plate was made by MacBeth-Evans from 1930 to 1936. The Plate is in very good condition with no chips or cracks.
