Oyster and Pearl was produced by Hocking Glass Company from 1938 to 1940. It's one of their small patterns, with only 8 different items available to compliment the other Hocking patterns of the time. A sterling silver cigarette case with an enamel crest from the Royal Canadian Air Force hallmarked 1937. This vintage classic silver case an engine-turned design and a triple F monogram (probably presented to a World War I soldier) and it retains all of the original interior gilding. Fenton Blue Marble 9" Bowl Rose pattern is in mint condition. Made in the early 1970's. It is 9" wide and about 3.5" deep.

Sauce pot with spout and handle, decoration in green and brown on white, and with a Greek fret border in sgraffito, 1950's. Pierced handle, to allow for the pot to be exposed on the kitchen wall. Marks for Robert Picault, Vallauris. Width "6½/ 17 cm, height "2¼/ 6 cm. Condition: fine.

Fostoria American 12" Oval Platter is in mint condition. Fostoria produced this pattern from 1915 til 1981.

A work of studio pottery, found in Southern California, the color a rich earthy brown, the vessel pierced intentionally by the artist to create naturalistic openings, similar to the distinctive style of Peter Voulkos (1924-2002). The piece measures 7 1/2" high by 5" diameter. The piece is signed on the bottom "Balvin 79". Surprisingly I do not see a studio potter by this name, but the artist was obviously talented and also familiar with Voulkos' acclaimed work.

Sterling Silver wide rim of low relief design and beautifully Cut and Etched heavy clear Crystal Dish or Coaster, 1930's, 5 1/4" diameter, 3/4" high, sterling rim size is 5/8" wide, high quality, marked "Sterling", "3826-9" on the side underneath.
