George V covered urn. Made by Lionel Alfred Crichton in London in 1930. Girdled urn on stepped, raised, and gadrooned foot; s-scroll side handles with leaf cap and pendant flower heads. Cover domed with gadrooned rim and finial. Cutout strapwork applied to bowl and cover. Traditional Classical form in Britannia (that is, 958) silver. Fully marked. Very good condition.

This really pretty green Colonial, aka Knife and Fork, depression glass two-handled sugar bowl with lid was made by Hocking Glass from 1934 to 1938. This sugar bowl measures 6 3/4 inches high to the top of the knob on the lid X 4 inches in diameter not including the handles. Extremely rare sleek & elegant pair of hand wrought sterling silver candlesticks designed and signed c. 1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist designer Antonio Pineda (1919-2009). Offered is this large-sized (height: 8 inches & width: 3"), iridescent glass shade with applied threads, made by Durand/Vineland Glass Company, around 1925. Unsigned, as expected - it is in a definite Durand shape (please refer to page 146 of Meschi's book - shown in last picture here for your convenience).
