Very fine pair of George VI sterling silver master salt dishes. The salts are raised on paw feet surmounted by lion masks. The everted rims are gadrooned. The salts retain the original cobalt blue glass liners. The salts are identical, but were made in different years by the same silversmith. One has the date mark for 1936 and the other for 1939. The only difference is that glass liner in one is a little thicker than the other.

This is an Unusual 800/1000 FINE SILVER SALT CELLAR from a Virginia, U.S.A. Estate. Made with a "Beast of Burden Motif" this DONKEY is carrying Two OPEN SALT Containers shaped as SADDLE BAGS. The size overall is 2"W X 3 1/16 L" X 1 3/4" Tall. Both Containers are marked on the interior bottom: 800. One Spoon found with this item and included. Likely of EUROPEAN origin. This figural glass lamp was produced by L.E. Smith Company during the 1940's - 50's. The color was fired on over clear glass, giving the opaque blue finish. This style is the 'Ballerina' lamp. The base shows 2 dancers in classic ballet pose. I have 2 available, price is per lamp. All have been re-wired so they work fine. The shade clips on the light bulb. (Bulb not included, I recommend 25 or 40 watt bulbs so the glass doesn't get too hot.) All are in good shape.

Vintage Boston era early shield mark of "Guglielmo Cini Sterling" used while he was here in Boston before he moved out West in 1957. A client, who lives in WA and who commissioned his wedding rings in Boston several decades ago, has shared that Cini moved very close to Peruzzi and competed feverishly for the more unusual gothic designs and custom work, no doubt...

Paden City made Gazebo in the 1930's. The gold encrusted is a bit worn. The glass is fine. Thanks for looking.

Simple and sweet silver 9 mm bezel set amber ring marked M. R. and 800 in a red box with the marks of WPHA?, 1, KWI, and other marks.
Size 8.25. Resizing could obliterate the maker's marks. Very Good condition and the box is very nice too...

This lovely stem was produced by Morgantown Glass Company during the 1940's. Aptly named the 'Chanticleer' cocktail after the rooster figure that makes up the stem, the color is 'Shamrock green'. Excellent condition.

Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the #1123 7 oz sherbet in rose (pink). This color is very hard to find. Perfect condition, I have 3 available. Sherbets are very difficult to find in this pattern, so get them while you can...

Line 700 was produced by Consolidated Glass Company in 1929. Offered here is the #714 footed sundae dish (or sherbet) in honey. The color is a yellow ceramic wash applied over crystal and then fired on to fuse it permanently to the surface of the glass. crystal. An Arabia Finland stoneware bowl, the inside with glazed decoration of a shrimp. 1960s, signed Arabia and NH (?) Width: 6 " / 15 cm. Condition: some iridescent and matte imperfections to the glaze in the centre (less evident than on the photo).
