This is a set of 10 crystal glasses that were made in Czechoslovakia in the 1920s. They are unmarked but the style and workmanship is similar to pieces from that area. They are 3 inches high and the mouth of the glass is 2 1/2 inches wide. They ring when tapped. We think they are cocktail glasses from the shape and size. Each glass is hand decorated with enamel paint with golfers in their traditional dress. The detail is fine. The glasses are trimmed with gold on the rim and foot...

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Rosenthal in 1942. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/8 inches and the cup is 1 3/4 inches high. The blank is named “Maria.” The cup has a pedestal base and the rim of the saucer has embossed decoration around the rim. The cup has a gilded interior. This Limoges cider, milk or lemonade pitcher is hand painted in a popular Art Nouveau motif with blooming flowers and green lily pads. Lots of very sophisticated gold on this piece make it attractive. 8" tall. It is Hallmarked with the William Guerin French porcelain factory mark #3 in green underglaze white ware with "Limoges" and "France". Ca 1900-1932 . There are no chips, no cracks and no repairs to this item. It is in fantastic condition. Looks a great deal like Picard work.

Charmingly kitschy majolica figurines, a pair of musicians by Ditmar Urbach, c 1930. An accordionist and a flutist, in Robin Hood-like attire. Height "9½/ 24 cm. Printed mark Ditmar Urbach Made in Germany, impressed model numbers 14257 and 142 58. The mark was in use before the confiscation of the factory in 1938 . Condition: a nick to the hand of one musician and repair to the hat of the other, and to the feet of both (cf. photos).

A fascinating manipulation of fired on patination to the copper or bronze, shouldered vase. A rich, earthy copper red fired on patina is on the interior and on the exterior serving as background to irregular streams, inlets and pools of dappled verdigris among, and picked out by, (seemingly) flames of speckled gold fading into the background color.
