Galle bud vase in amethyst over yellow base glass with a very unusual floral design. The leaves below the stems of the flowers are engraved with fine lines to indicate veining in the leaves. The Galle signature on the vase is engraved such as in signature 58 on page 143 of Blount’s “French Cameo Glass.” The vase is undamaged and measures 8 5/8 inches tall and 2 inches in diameter.

Being offered is an exceptional and rare circa 1950 sterling silver pitcher by Hector Aguilar, of Taxco, Mexico. Entirely handwrought bulbous form pitcher with a cylindrical incised decorated neck; with superb geometric handle. No monogram. Great weight, a hefty 32 ozs. Marked as illustrated in photo.

Fenton Cranberry Diamond Dot Vase is in mint condition. Measures 5.5" tall and is about 6" at the widest.

A very uncommon graduated sterling silver handled jigger by one of Mexico’s most important Art Deco and modernist silversmiths, Juvento Lopez Reyes. He opened his studio, Plateria del Recreo in 1935, making most streamlined hollowware items in the Art Deco and modernist taste. The base is fully stamped with mark used by Reyes in the 1930s and 40s. The stepped sides of the jigger mark off .5, 1, 1.5 and 2-oz levels.

Origin: Mexico, ca. 1940...

A striking white celluloid flapper necklace from the 1920’s, the profile of the pendant in the orientalist or “Persian” style of this period. Length "32 / 80, plus pendant "3 / 7.5 cm. Condition: fine.

Two lovely pottery vases by Czech Dux, c 1930 or late 1920’s, the larger vase drop shaped, the smaller one bulbous. Slip glaze decoration of grapes in blue, green and brown over white. Height “11 ½ / 29 cm and “4 / 10.5 cm respectively. Green acorn within triangle mark and DUX to the larger vase, impressed model numbers to both. Condition: minor crackling to glaze of the smaller vase, the larger with a nick to the foot rim.

A Roden (Birks) sterling 1930s napkin ring with an N monogram by Roden Bros, Toronto. Roden was bought out by Birks in 1928. This 3/4" wide sterling napkin ring measures 2" x 1-1/2" across the interior and it has lined decoration. It has a rubbed STERLING mark with the Roden maker's mark. Birks bought all Roden's inventory and parts and molds, and the Roden mark can be seen on some Birks silver items until several decades after...

A heavy sterling silver figural bar jigger in the form of a thimble. The jigger is ornately engraved to suggest the texture of a real thimble and the side is engraved "Just A Thimbleful." This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Shelley before 1950. The numbers 1301/101 are on the bottom. This may be a pattern identification. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/2 inches and the cup is 2 1/4 inches high. The porcelain is fine, white bone china. The cup is can shaped. The set has an overlay of gilding which covers all of the white area on each piece. It is reminiscent of chintz...

This fantastic vaseline tumbler is by Fenton Glass as part of a tea or chocolate set. This bright art nouveau vaseline tumbler features two dramatic wheel cut flowers and leaves surrounding the blown panel bowl. The pulled cobalt blue handle is applied. The bottom is smooth with a finished pontil. This elegant piece of art glass is in excellent, unused condition and stands 5 1/4" tall.

The Crinkle pattern was produced by Morgantown glass company in the late 1930's and into the 1960's. This is the 6 1/2 inch high juice or martini pitcher. A very rare "Cheerio" cocktail shaker in ruby glass with its original chrome top and recipe holder. The recipe holder contains a series of twelve cards that illustrate recipes for different cocktails. The recipes are far more varied than most recipe shakers, and include directions for a Hula-Hula, Princesse,Bamboo, Blackthorn and Aldo-Tropical. The cards have a patent date of 1934.
