This Famille Rose porcelain GuanYin figure is a mid-20th century product. It depicts a seated GuanYin holding a gold globe in her left hand. It is 10 1/8” high and 8” wide and 5 1/8” thick (both measured from the bottom). The artist name, Zheng Long Sheng, is stamped on the bottom. It is in great condition.

This very nice boxwood statue with a fitted hard wood base is a mid 20th century product. It depicts a legendary Chinese figure called Ji Gong with one hand holding a wine bottle and the other hand petting his pet lion. It is 9 ½” high (with base is 10 7/16” high), 7 ¾” wide and 4” thick. As the story goes, Ji Gong was a Buddhist of the Southern Song; his dates are 1148~1209. His original name was Li Xin-Yuan. He came from Tai-Zhou in modern Zhe Jiang province, Lin-Hai county...

This is a very old dhyandro drum handle showing a very thick encrusted soot aptina. The design of the sculpture clearly indicates a Buddhist influence, in fact the shape of the Makala trunk turned upward is a characteristic of Buddhist phurbus, the central part is a dorgi wrapped with heavily fouled cloth strips. Japanese Momo Coral carving of a Geisha pink with white streaks, nice carving and good detail for such a small carving. The base is cut to fit though tightly the base I have used nano tape to stick her to the base so none of the figure is covered. Size overall 2.5" figure alone is just under 2" and weighs 6.7G

1940s - 1950s, Chinese moss agate low slung lotus style brush washer. The moss agate shows nice markings being genuine and is a light grey/green to darker green in color. The rim has two lotus flowers and two seed pods placed around the undulating and curling top. Condition is excellent having the normal characters of this type agate, which are natural indentations. Having a very lovely shape and design, it measures 6.25" x 5.5" x .75" high.
