It is 12 inches (30.5 cm) tall by 7 inches (17.7 cm) wide. It is 9.5 lb.

This porcelain dish was produced in France in the late 19th century. It has an underglaze mark that says Limoges, France but there is no factory name. The dish was evidently sold undecorated to an amateur artist who painted it. The dish has cut out handles on the sides. It is 8 1/4 inches across the handles. The roses are painted with delicacy.
