English porcelain Staffordshire quill holder featuring a confetti coleslaw nest with 3 spotted eggs, a bird, and a green snake. The inkwell has one hole for a quill and is in excellent condition. Any imperfections are firing flaws, typical of early Staffordshire pieces. Measures about is 2.5" high and 2.75" diameter. Circa 1840.

DESCRIPTION: A lovely, large cuff bracelet crafted from a fine silver filigree mesh with a large center turquoise stone and six smaller stones of turquoise and coral. Around these are raised silver bamboo sprigs decorating the front and two hinged sides. This bracelet is closed with a silver clasp and secured with silver chain. Fine large, 21 inch long, sterling silver mirrored plateau by Jean Francois Veyrat, 10 Rue De La Tour, Paris. This plateau features four cast silver hoof feet and a beveled mirror. In excellent condition with just normal antique wear to the mirror, it is fully hallmarked and has a wood bottom. Measures 21" long, 17" wide, and 2.25" high. Circa 1880.

This is Furosiki made in the Izumo district for Edo period. This is dyed in Katazome and Hikizome. This is dyed in natural indigo plant and Yamamomo. This has a stain such as the image in some points. And this has some small holes. This shows old form of Izumo Furosiki. As for this, cotton is spun by hand and is thick. This is an excellent example of the traditional Japanese male mask, Buaku, finely carved in the 19th century. Buaku, is one of the character of the Japanese comic theater, Kyogen, that is commonly associated with demonic roles. Chinese Jadeite Jade hard stone carved Lotus flower shape Pendant, 1 3/8" high, 1 7/8" wide, 3/8" thick, with carved incised lines of flower pedals, some natural infusions in the stone, the condition is good.

This was made for Edo period. And it is Katazome where a natural indigo plant, black, gray, rouge were used for. This is the Shipo- filler of the Amaryu- dragon and a deep red pattern of the lozenges. As for this, cotton is spun by hand and is slightly thick. A charming Japanese kiri (paulownia) wood bedside tansu. The metal hardware pairs nicely with the very light wood, creating attractive simplicity. Taisho age (1912-1925) Size: 19" height, 23.75" width, 11.75" depth

Finely carved ivory Chinese napkin ring with 3 landscape carvings and an animal in each scene. Each is deeply carved, giving depth to the foliage. The 4th cartouche is left blank for monogramming. In excellent condition, it measures 1 1/8" high by 2" diameter. Circa 1900.

This tripod censer is raised on three animal-masked feet that support its large, rounded body. The rim is decorated with a key fret design, and the body has ten lappets composed of stylized mask and key fret designs all in low relief. It retains its original brown patina overall with a deep greenish gray interior from use. Good condition.

Diameter: 12 in., Height: 8 ½ in.

Finely enamelled to the exterior with fibrant famille rose enamels with medallions with birds, sitting on flowering twigs. Nineteenth century. Diameter : 21,8 H : 11,5 cm. Condition : Here and there some marginal wear to the enamels, the copper bodies of the jardinieres in perfect condition.
