Beautiful Chinese cloisonné tripod censor decorated in beautiful colors with motifs of lotus, scrolling vines, chrysanthemums, and archaic chinese elements. With a gilt bronze fu dog on the top cover and three elephants as the censor legs. Slightly worn gold gilt over bronze is constant with age. Age: 18th/19th century. Size: Height 7.75" Diameter 5.25"

Museum quality piece. The front decorated with two dragons and the flaming pearl, the back decorated with bats, the standing rim decorated with colorful flower bands, both on the inside and outside. China, 19th century. Dimensions: 22 x 15,5 cm. Condition: excellent. A similar tray can be found in the catalogue of the opium exhibition at Kunsthal Rotterdam (collection F. Bertholet and C. Hoogendoorn) page 177 and 178.(see pictures)

The quality of this small elephant is excellent. Standing foursquare with head turned to one side. The body and the separately cast reliquary - monstrance inlaid, brightly enameled, multi coloured and richly ornamented. Nineteenth century or a little bit earlier. L : 14,8 cm. H : 19,4 cm Condition : Excellent with no damage. The reliquary - monstrance incomplete ( please see the last enlargement ).

Pair of Gilded Bronze Cloisonne Happy Buddha Lamp, 19th Century

The lamp is 13.75 inches (35 cm) tall, and 5 inches (12.5 cm) wide. The Buddha is 7 inches (17.7 cm) tall by 5.5 inches (14 cm) wide. They weigh 5.5 lb.

They have missing enamels, enamel bruising, loss of gilding, surface wears and scratches, and small holes at Buddha's ears (as seen in the photos).

The enamel work on the flowers is delicately done with lovely colors on a yellow ground to match the inside of the dish. This 19th century red and gold vase is 9 1/8” high, 3 ¼” on the widest part and 1 ¾” thick. It depicts a crane resting on a plum blossom tree. Some bamboo and pine trees and an inscription in Chinese are on the rest of the body. The calligraphy and picture are well executed. Unfortunately, the four or six character date mark on the bottom has been rubbed off. It is in excellent condition.

Chinese rose canton candle stick with scenes of court and birds with flowers, 19th century. From the Fawcett collection. It measures 8.5" tall, 2.25" wide at top, 4.5" wide at base.

This late 19th century Chinese egg spinach vase is 15 ½” high and 8 ½” on the widest part. It depicts phoenixes surrounded by peony blossoms. There is a blue honorable Qian Long mark on the bottom. Aside from an old chip on the rim, it is in great condition.

Chinese Dao Guang period (1821~1850) white porcelain bowl with blue ¡°SHOU¡± (longevity) on the outside and a plain turquoise glaze inside. The orange pattern on the rim has rubbed off slightly. It has been used as a brush washer. There is a Dao Guang seal mark on the bottom. It is 6 inches in diameter and 2 ½ inches tall. Good condition.

These late Qing Dynasty 19th century Swans on a landscape base are very large, at least life-largely if not larger. H : 88cm. L : 64 cm. B : 36 cm. Unforunately the images far cannot mediate how impressive and most decorative these pieces are. This Chinese pink glazed vase is a mid 19th century product. The entire body is covered with a soft rosy pink glaze, commonly called du Barry rouge. The Chinese name for the shape of this kind of vase is “Tian Qiu Vase” 天 球 瓶. It is 8” high and 5” wide measured from the widest part. It has an honorable “Yong Zhong” 雍 正 (1723~1735) mark on the bottom. It is in excellent condition. More detailed photos are available.

Beautiful pair of German WMF, 14.5" tall silvered pewter claret pots. Underneath the pot is the fully marked diamond symbol of the running ostrich and the model number. Please see enlargements for more detail. Late 19th Century.
Measures: 14.5" (37 cm) tall, 6.69" (17 cm) from handle to spout.

These rare early 19th century ceramic bowls are 2 ½” high and 6” in diameter. They depict four mythical sea creatures resting on rocks surrounded by ocean waves. The background and inside are turquoise blue. There are red “Dao Guang” (1821~1850) marks on the bottoms. Some gold edging has rubbed off from the ribbed rims. Aside from this, they are in excellent condition.

Diameter approximately 25 cm. There is a short hairline at the rim. In good condition.

Six Chinese turquoise glazed figures of immortals. Each finely moulded and standing on a square base. C19th. Ht.4 3/4" (12.1 cm). Condition; small chips to lotus leaf of first figure, chip to sleeve of second figure.

An ovoid jar heavily decorated with famille rose enamels depicting two dragons amongst lotus flowers and dense foliage. This item was made in China in the 19th Century. Condition - very good - no damages and no restoration...

A large and robustly shaped late Qing covered ginger jar, in the Kangxi style with famille verte flower-baskets against a powder blue ground.

Beautiful large flat keyaki root wood stand with over 6 natural holes of root on surface, beautiful graining and sculptural presence, top edge carved at perimeter with incised line and raised surface on edging. Size: 40"L 25"W 5/8" H

Early Meiji Maneki Neko (Beckoning Cat), believed to bring wealth and good luck, from the collection of a renowned author on and collector of Asian art. The fur is white with random black and orange patches. This tri-coloring is considered especially lucky. This belief may be related to the rarity of this coloring in the Japanese bobtail cats, after which the Maneki Neko is modeled. This coloring is called Mi-ke in Japanese, meaning three-fur. 7.5 inches, 19 cm tall.

Incredibly beautiful all bronze chandelier converted from gas. It has eight arms, and above that are two black Nubian figurines. The chandelier is all original, but I believe the shades to be replaced. It measures 26" tall x 35" wide.

Lovely 18K stone coral ring with 8 small diamonds. Five stone rings were classic Victorian forms. Our ring has smooth polished cabachon coral stones and ten small perfect flat cut diamonds at each corner. During Victorian times and earlier, coral was believed to have mystical properties and to ward off illness. The rose pink color was the most sought after. The ring is a size 8 and can be sized.

Rare Georgian "Dear-Regard" ring set in 15K gold. The center motif of a flower is set with a "R"uby, "E"merald, "G"arnet, "A"methyst", "R"uby, and "D"iamond, the first letters of the stones spelling "Regard". The groups of stones on the cusps of the band are set with a "D"iamond, "E"merald, "Amethyst", and "R"uby, the first letters of the stones spelling "Dear". Historically the rings given as a token of love were either "Dearest" or "Regard". This ring is a combination of both sentiments.
