These 8 porcelain plates were produced in Germany by Meissen in the 1890s. They measure 9 1/8 inches in diameter. They have a flat rim and are slightly indented in the middle. A Chinese Shiwan stoneware fanghu vase with a jun glaze, late Ming/early Qing dynasty. The hollow tube handles associate this type of vase with the arrow game pastime but this example, given the small diameters involved would be unsuitable.
