This is a small mid Qing dynasty bronze cloisonné censer with an elongated body. It is design in the likeness of those in the Ming dynasty, with lotus flowers band and scrolling foliages. On the shoulder of the cloisonné, it is decorated all round with a band ruyi with red and blue colour...

A Chinese Blue and White Bowl from Ming Dynasty. Decorated with 8 Mandarin Ducks, Flowers, Pagoda, Ships, etc. 8 mandarin ducks and flowers decoration on the outside. Boats, seas, and pagodas decoration on the inside. In good condition. The rim is not evenly round around the edges. On mark on the outer base of the bowl from the production process. Unnoticeable chip on the rim as seen on the enlargement no. 5. Approximate diameter is 20.5 cm on one side and 22 cm on the other side...

Bronze dropper (suiteki) representing a chubby guardian lion, called komainu in Japanese or shishi in Chinese.

The komainu is inspired by the Chinese guardian lion shishi, which dates back to the Tang dynasty (581-618). Supposed to repel evil, it appears on both sides of the entrance to the doors or gates of shrines and temples.

The suiteki is a small container used to hold water that is added to the ink stone during the grinding of the ink stick, used for calligraphy...

Superbly cast bird perch, of curved shape, with two dragon heads and two bird heads in the round. Bronze, with fine greenish patina. Himalayan Region, 18th century. Dimensions: length: 3 3/4" (9,5 cm), height: 2 7/8" (7,3 cm). Excellent condition. A rare and fine piece. Collected In Nepal in 1974 by its former owner.

Vibrant yellow enameled porcelain 'Birthday' plate inscribed "wan shou wu chiang" in circular reserves. Underside bears six-character iron red Guangxu period (1875-1908) with "CHINA" export mark. In excellent condition, it measures a little over 8" (20.32 cm) diameter.

A late Eighteenth century hexagonal form drinking cup painted with panels of Birds with various flowers, Chrysanthemums, Persimmon and Peach flowers with accompanying panels of reverse. The kacho-ga paintings are exceptionally well painted. The interior of the cup painted with a band of flowering Camellia and Peaches set against a dark blue ground. The bottom of the bowl decorated with further a pair of Camelias, and Peach branches...

Chinese Longquan celadon vase in olive fruit shape with a swelling mid-section incised with the cloud motif, it's' foot covered with brown slip and unglazed, measures 24.5 cm Height and 13.5cm diameter, of the Ming dynasty. The vase has a firing flaw on mouth rim and otherwise in good condition.

Two porcelain plates, both superbly painted in the Satsuma style with brocaded borders and landscape scenes of women and children in luxurious clothing, celebrating iris and chrysanthemum respectively. Kutani, late Meiji, c 1900. Signed Kutani Eiraku (?) So. Diameter "7¼ / 18,3 cm. Condition: fine.

A fine example of the rare Lowestoft porcelain "Mandarin Green Window" pattern made between 1768 and 1775.

The bowl and saucer are in very good condition, with the saucer having a small flaw, which appears to be in the making, at the edge at 11 o'clock. The bowl has no issues at all. Colors are much stronger than shown in the photos. The saucer is 5" in diameter, and the bowl is 1 3/4" in height.

A daimyo’s firefighting wool jacket with a Kiri-no-mon crest, chest protector baring the same crest. It has a silk liner decorated with old marble dye. Dated from late Edo period (1603-1868),

Japanese could not produce wool of their own during the Edo period. Totally depending on Nanban trading, wool was pretty rare and pricey commodity. The liner for this jacket is also unusual. This is our first and only antique marble dyed fabric ever...

Found in the Philippines. Vase with a globular body rising from slightly splayed feet onto a waisted neck, flaring to a petalled rim and its base is fully unglazed. A similar example can be seen in the book “Chinese and South-East Asian White Ware Found in the Philippines” by: The Oriental Ceramic Society of the Philippines, on page: 71;24...

A good Song - Yuan dynasty longquan celadon varved jar with cover, rounded side with globular body and glazed base, body and cover decorated with carved flower motif, covered with good green color celadon glaze, good condition no damage no chip no crack no restoraion on the jar, cover small glaze fritt at inner rim please see picture for detail, Size: 8 cm diameter, 7 cm height.

Lovely antique Japanese 4-panel gold leaf screen painting with scene of 3 geese in grasses by water's edge. Beautifully hand painted with fine detail in mineral colors on ground gold leaf paneling. Overall very good condition.

Artistically hand painted antique Chinese plate of medium size. The piece has the Rose Medallion or Mandarin Rose pattern. Two of the segments show people in characteristic Chinese costumes and the other two are showing richly painted birds and flowers. This is real Chinese porcelain of the 19th century, and not the modern reproductions.

Antique Japanese Funa Bako (ship safe box) made of a very dark reddish Keyaki (Zelkova) hardwood, with a front hinged door adorned with iron hardware. Decorated with small flower studding and flower lockpins. Behind the hinged door are six drawers of varying size with ring pulls. Very heavy and solid, original finish. Features a hidden secret drawer.

Antique Chinese porcelain bowl, of an oval form with ribbed sides and a famille rose color palette. The yellow sides are incised with various Chinese inscriptions in blue glaze while several key characters are glazed in red. The foot is tall and deeply recessed with a red seal of Daoguang (1821-1850). The bowl is placed within a dramatic metal display of a fleur de lys design, raising it on narcissus style legs.
