Chinese export Imari plate, early 18th c. Outer border of scroll-work, the well with a bird and a blossoming tree motif within a diaper border, all in under-glaze blue and iron red and gilt over the glaze. Diameter "8¾/ 22,5 cm. Condition: some wear to the well and a 2 mm nick or glaze burst to the rim (cf. photos).

Rare antique early 18th century exceptional large Polish flintlock saddle holster pistol.
It features a very long two-stage barrel with a tapered iron barrel.
The flattened rib of the barrel is bordered by cut, narrow grooves and is hand-signed at the top with the word "DANTZIG." The breech section of the pistol is finely hand-chiseled in low relief with a portrait bust on the plinth surrounded by laurel leaf branches and scrolls.

A sometsuke dish of twelve sided dodecagonal form painted in a refined Kakiemon style. The rim border is divided into six fan shaped panels decorated with three sets of alternating floral compositions featuring respectively Bamboo, take, Peonies and rocks, botan, and shibagaki Brushwood fences. The centre painted with Cherry trees and a formal balustrades.
The reverse is decorated with a Kraak style pattern of strapwork divisions and stylised flowers...

Japanese Oshi-e Ningyô of Two Kabuki Actors. 12 x 8.75 inches each, 30.5 x 22.25 cm each. These were very popular during the Meiji Period; over 400 million dollars in sales (in current currency) was recorded in 1888. The characteristics of Matsumoto Oshi-e Ningyô are that the design is stuffed heavily with cotton and the faces are painted in Ukiyo-e (the floating world of Edo period) style. It is very rare to find old Oshi-e Ningyô in this quality and size today...
Antique 19th century Tibetan solid silver belt clasp (buckle) made of hand hammered solid silver decorated with finely hand chased and embossed lobed medallions amidst foliage pattern bordered by engraved key patterns. The clasp is mounted in a shadow box, the sheet of glass is placed in the middle of the box and covered on the front with another glass, the back and sides of the box are lined with black watered silk fabric.

Blue underglaze and red, yellow and gold overglaze enamel decoration including random butterflys. Mt. Fuji mark in underglaze blue inside the foot ring. Late Meiji or early Taisho.
