18th Century Chinese Lac Burgaute Mother Pearl Inlay Lacquer Box

It is 0.6 inch (1.5 cm) tall by 1.6 inches (4 cm) wide. The lacquer box is 14.5 gram. It is 0.4 lb with box.

It has chips to the lacquer and surface wears and scratches. The silk box has frayed silk, loose, pulling, and missing threads, discolorations, tears, and stains (as seen in the photos).

This is a handsomely handcrafted Chinese yixing teapot with a bell shape in brown clay. The teapot is in excellent condition. It's marked 'Shui Ping' in the lid interior & signed on the base with inscription.

A very rare Chinese stoneware eight arms Guanyin statue finished with Sancai(multicolor) glazes. Ming Dynasty. Condition: old restoration to the arms and other small places. Please check the color variations on photos. Additional photos will be provided per request. To be sold as pictured. Height: 12-3/4".

Height approximately 11.8 cm. There are some parts missing glaze. In good condition.

A Yuan Longquan Celadon Ewer. Length approximately 8.3 cm (the tipspout to the handle) and height 5.2 cm (the bottom to the rim). Few hairlines at the ewer. Good condition.

Antique Japanese zenibako, or money box, made with Kuri wood (chestnut) and Sugi wood (cedar). Features on this piece include a top hinged lid with a shallow compartment for the storage of accounting papers, cut with slots for money to be dropped into the locked drawer below it. To the left are two deeply recessed compartments. A long drawer and a safe box in front of the chest provide even more secure storage. Original condition...

The shape of this oval Japanese Arita dish derives from European forms. The combination of colors (Celadon and blue & white) is known to be produced from 1780 – 1820, a late Edo example. The dimensions: 7 1/2" x 6"

An nice early stamp seal in black steatite or chlorite, Halaf period 6th. millenium BC.

The seal was reportedly found at 'Amúg Ebene' in ancient North-Western Mesopotamia, present day Turkey, close to the ancient city of Antioch.

Chinese carved Cantonese card case; natural material; carved in the form of a cross with fine details and deep carving of individuals, buildings and trees; minor staining; good condition

This is an old Chinese inkstone has hand carved ox with head turned toward the natural "dragon's eye" moon. There are some chips along the edges of the ink stone and areas of natural inclusions. It is a very fine grain quality stone, dating to the early 1800's and measures 6 x 4.5 inches, and a bit over .5 inches thick.

Very heavy sterling silver serving spoon in Dominick & Haff's outstanding 1898 "New King" pattern. This is one of the company's best patterns and is very difficult to find. The reverse is also marked with the retailer's mark for Bailey, Banks & Biddle.
