Nicely designed piece with copper, bronze and silver inlays with gilding, old deterioration to both top and bottom part, but the design and detailing is there - see their faves and robe patterns. A pair of massive museum quality matching pottery figures of two male house attendants, middle Ming Dynasty, 15th.-16th. century.

A beautiful & large Indus Valley pottery jar, dating to c. 3rd mill. BC. Probably Mehrgarh-civilisation.

The jar is designed beautifully as a large beaker with a wide mouth, a concave body on a narrow base. The jar is decorated with several concentric rings and an animal and a flower. The other decorations could be some sort of writing (?).

Kicho made of kosode (meaning kimono with small opening of wrists) which is made of silk damask dyed with beni (safflower). All embroideries are also vegetable dye silk yarn and gold yarn. Kicho is a kind of screen used as blinder, wind guard and partition. It was used in the house of the aristocrats since Heian period (late 8th to 11th century). Circa 1780, English creamware with black transfer pheasants and a molded feather edge. Made by Sadler & Green of Liverpool, it measures 10" diameter and .75" deep. Condition is very good with just 2 small chips to edge.

Corinthian black-figure aryballos with three warriors walking right. The helmeted hoplites carry spears and large round shields.

Group of three Byzantine belt buckles with kidney-shaped, high-sided frames and lateral ridges at the resting point of the pronge.
The heavy pronges are fixed between lugs, their tops are provided with rectangular shields. Some pronges decorated with concentric circles.
