Offered is this exquisitely beautifully hand-painted, French opaline glass perfume bottle. The perfume is 11 1/2 inches (29 cm) tall. Except for a couple of minute flakes on the bottom of the lid that are typical of these old perfume bottle lids (see last picture - the flakes are concealed when the lid is in place), the bottle is in very good condition. The lid-bottom and the bottle's pontil-bottom have numbers (the bottle's number is too faded to decipher what it is - see pictures)...

German 800 silver figural wedding cup, ca 1920. A Baroque dame with snug-fitting bodice and wide and raised lace collar holds aloft scrolled-brackets with swing-mounted double-domed lobed and garlanded bowl. An antique watercolor painting of an early Maine farm house with out buildings. It is a modest setting but with a very neat and tidy welcoming look. It is 6 by 9" and with mat and frame is 9 3/4" by 13". It show lines where is was folded at one time. I have not had it out of the frame. Unusual antique French Limoges gold trimmed porcelain oyster plate depicting different sea grasses. In excellent condition, it measures 9.5" diameter.
NOTE: A very interesting technique was used to create the effect of underwater movement. They 1st printed the image in light green, then printed the same image in dark pink over it, but slightly offset. Where the images overlapped, it created a 3rd color, brown, which establishes the main part of the plant.

A beautiful and vibrant chausable set from the mid 18th century, comprised of the chausable, the maniple, the chalice cover, and mat. The deep, rich purple damask of the material is set off by the intricate embroidered orphrey on the chausable and maniple.
