A very good jasper ground glass paperweight by St. Louis. The sole decoration is the pink and white jasper cushion which completely fills the dome. The glass is heavy and nicely clear. The polished concave bottom has relatively wide basal ring.

Origin: France, ca. 1850. Condition: excellent, a surface nick on one side about 1/2" above the base and a tiny fleabite about two-thirds up the side of the crown. Size: 2-3/4" diameter; 1-3/4" high.

A Sheffield plate helmet style cream jug circa 1780-1800. This 5" high genuine cream pitcher predates electroplating and it consists of thin layers of silver laid on to copper sheets; the sandwich of metals is then formed into the desired object. This unsigned creamer is in good original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs; it has the expected areas of copper blush from polishing over the last couple of centuries...

A very fine Chinese export porcelain basin with decoration in the Rose Medallion style. The interior bottom of the basin is divided into four quadrants, with alternating floral and courtyard scenes. This miniature " bullseye with diamond point oil lamp is 5 1/2" from base to collar. The chimney adds another 4 3/4" to the height. There is a copper heat protector under the paper shade. I do believe this lamp is 100% original.

A beautiful and elegant double series opaque twist (DSOT) cordial glass with a honeycomb molded round funnel bowl. The stem has a 12 ply spiral band around a central lace twist. 6 11/16" tall, with a bowl diameter of 1 7/8" and a foot diameter of 2 9/16". Rough snapped pontil, superb condition.

A wonderful Victorian ironstone footed fruit compote decorated in an underglaze blue floral pattern. Distinctly Asian in flavor, the pattern depicts prunus blossoms and peonies surrounded by rocky outcroppings, foliage and hovering butterflies. The edges are finished in a diaper border. A lovely and unusual Victorian sterling silver jelly knife in Towle’s 1880 “No. 128” pattern. Also known as “No. 28”, this pattern is characterized by a twisted handle, accented with beautiful bright-cut engraving. The serving end is shaped in the form of a leaf and is matte-gilt to highlight the floral engraving. Originally intended to serve savory jellies, the piece could now be used for pastries. The back is hallmarked by Towle and has the pattern number.

This was a 19th century trade sign for a livery. The zinc composition horse head is highly detailed and very dimensional. Along with having a very life like bone structure, he has a kind eye and a wonderful docile expression. Coldpainted in a muted gold finish. In excellent condition for his very old age (minor crack on nose). Measuring an impressive 24” long x 12” wide X 20” deep. What a great piece to have hanging in your place of business or over the fireplace...

A very fine early cut crystal wine decanter with etched grapevine decoration. The neck is panel cut and accented with a diamond-cut ring at the base. Flint EAPG ale goblet in the "Colonial" pattern, probably by the Boston & Sandwich Glass Company. The goblet has a very attractive, narrow form. Nice clarity.

Flint EAPG goblet in the "Washington" pattern produced by the New England Glass Company. The clarity is excellent.

A beautiful and vibrant chausable set from the mid 18th century, comprised of the chausable, the maniple, the chalice cover, and mat. The deep, rich purple damask of the material is set off by the intricate embroidered orphrey on the chausable and maniple. Even the cover and mat, made of the same damask, have embroidered crosses on them, and are bordered with metallic thread. Overall condition is very good, with some scattered splits and stains.

A wonderful double sided smalt trade sign for D.M. Woodward, Doctor of Chiropractic. The gilded letters and the black smalt background are virtually intact and vibrant. The frame is original, and measures 28 3/4 inches by 14 inches by 2 inches deep. There is a small sliver out of the frame at one upper edge, and a small gap in the frame at the corner. Aside from these very minor flaws, the piece is in excellent condition.
