The center has 3 cherubs, painted in puce. There are 3 reserves around the border containing sprays of flowers. The reticulation is outlined in gold and there are gilded accents. Lovely porcelain figure of a billy goat standing on a pad decorated with flowers and foliage. The pad has a slightly impressed decoration on the front and gilt lines at the edges. A gold anchor mark is painted on the back of the base.
