A 13 5/8 inch (34.5 cm) diameter blue and white delft charger with Chinese style decoration in the center depicting a rock with flowers on a ground with other plants. Crossing lines with dots between, surround the well and also on the outer edge of the lip. Dutch 18th century.

Condition: a fair bit of wear to the glaze, a chip on the rim with glaze losses and other smaller losses around the rim.

Four hand painted blue and white Dutch delft tiles joined with grout on a soft board in the manner in which they would have appeared on a wall. Roughly 10 ¼ x 10 ½ inches (26 x 27 cm). Minor damage at the edges.

A shaped rectangular dark blue ground dish with extensive gilding. Birds on the four edges and moths in the corners are painted in conjunction with the gilding. Though unmarked it is typical of Mason’s of the period around 1825. 9 ½ inches (24 cm) length, 8 inches (20 cm), 13/4 inches (4.5 cm) tall.

Condition: No chips cracks hairlines or repairs...

Three early 19th century (c 1810) coffee cans decorated en grisaille with accents in red: the first with a mansion and a gentleman in red clothing passing by carrying a fishing rod, the second a cottage and a romantic mediaeval turret, an old man in red passing by leaning onto his stick, and the third with a small country church, a farmer in red clothing passing by carrying his tools. All three cans Belgian (Vieux Bruxelles) or possibly French (Paris porcelain). Height: 2 ½”/6,5 cm...

Finely crafted German porcelain cabinet plate, 9.75 inches in diameter, from late 19th/early 20th century period, Berlin mark on reverse. Condition Report; Sign of age wear to the painting.

This is a stoneware crock, 11 1/2" high and approximately 10 1/2" diameter, natural non-gray color, the "2" cut into the wet clay before it was fired. There are several edge chips, but there is some white paint on one side of the rim that is NOT chips, and it comes off with the fingernail. Note the glaze. I am a fine arts dealer and stoneware is not my area of expertise, so, I hope I am identifying this properly...

I don't know quite how to describe this one, so I will begin somewhere. This is a sort of milk glass plate with ornate edge pattern with cut-outs, 8" in diameter. In the last years of the 19th or early years of the 20th century, someone very meticulously cut pieces and strips from used American postage stamps, utilizing those pieces to create designs like early flags, American eagle, crossed swords, a crescent moon, and six pointed star...

This porcelain and silver bowl was produced in the United States by Lenox in the early 20th century. It has a diameter of 6 inches and is 3 1/4 inches high. The porcelain has the ivory hue that is the Lenox porcelain trade mark. The rim of the bowl is scalloped and it has a pedestal foot. The outer mid-section of the bowl has a ring of colorful hand painted flowers encircling it. The scalloped rim has a border of silver overlay in a leaf pattern. The leaves are finely etched...

An American Redware Turk's Head Pudding Mold; late 19th century. Dimensions; 8.5" diameter x 3.25" high. Condition appropriate to age and use.

Terrific American majolica dish in the form of a fish. The painting on this example is especially nice, with very lifelike colors. The modeling is very crisp and clean. The back has a decorator's mark, but no maker's mark. It is possibly a product of Griffin, Smith & Hill. Perfect condition. Circa 1880. 7-1/2" x 10".

A Large English Syrup or Milk Jug with a Pewter Lid, Signed Atkin Brothers Sheffield. The Color is Deep Raspberry and There Are Classic Portrayals of a Chariot Driver on Each Side. Dimensions 9" high x 5" wide; circa 1880. Very Good condition (Note that there are reflections on the pictures).

Lovely 3-tier chintz cake stand in a unknown pattern. The bottom of each piece is marked in blue/green "B/Royal Tudor Ware/Barker Bros. L'td/England" along with a crown. The stem is brass. The whole stand is approximately 12-1/2" tall. The plates are approximately 10", 8" and 6" in diameter. Mint condition--even the gilding around the edges of the plates. Ca. 1920's.

Banded mochaware bowl in blue and brown. Very nicely formed, with a crisply shaped foot rim. The rim has one 1" hairline, and there is some discoloration to the interior (note that the discoloration visible near the rim is actually very thick bluish glaze, and not staining), but otherwise the bowl is in very good condition. 6-3/8" diam; 3-1/8" high.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Mintons in the late 19th century. The saucer has a diameter of 4 3/8 inches and the cup is 2 inches high. The set has a wonderful scarlet red ground color. It is decorated with embossed gold medallions and gilded swags. The rims have wide embossed gold borders...

Antique English Staffordshire blue and white transferware plate by Rogers with a very dramatic scene. On the back it is named "The Drama". In very good condition commensurate with age. There is a small chip to the underside of the plate rim that is not seen from the front. Measures just under 8.75" diameter.

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in England by Cauldon around 1900. It was made especially for Ovingtons in New York. The saucer has a diameter of 5 3/8 inches and the cup is 2 inches high. The set is made of fine, white bone china. It is decorated with wide bands of heavily embossed gilding. There are borders of hand gilded scroll work with raised beading. It is the epitome of elegance. Condition: Excellent

A Davenport Compote in Pink and Gold. Dimensions; 9.25" in diameter x 5" high. Marked Davenport very faintly on the bottom. Very good condition. Made at the Davenport factory in Longport, Staffordshire, England. Circa 1820-1840

English large Porcelain deep Soup Plate, wide Wine Burgundy color rim with raised gold decoration with enamel white dots decorated, Ca. 1900, 10" wide, 1 1/2" high, high quality and beautifully decorated in raised Gold design on wide flat rim. Marked faded blue and impressed mark and "England" on the bottom, and number "2869H" in red. The condition is good, shows some wears on gold and wine color rim.

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in England by Royal Crown Derby in 1892. The date ciphers in the mark indicate this year. The set is made of fine white bone china. The decoration is in the Japanese Imari style. There are borders of cobalt blue, baskets of flowers and all kinds of gilded ornaments. The set has a graceful shape and elaborate design. Condition: Excellent

English "Neale & Wilson" Cream Ware type Tea Pot with brilliant gold spout and handle, Ivory color of Earthenware shell shape body with crazing in the glaze. The shape of tea port is beautifully molded with low relief vertical grooves imitated realistic look of natural shell...

Pair English Victorian Transfer heavy Ceramic Tiles with Aesthetic movement, pre 1920's, 6" square, 1/2" high, with couple birds on the plum tree branches inside the octagonal panel surrounded with triangle shape corner borders, the glaze is thick glossy crackled. The condition is good, no damages.

This fine Staffordshire copper luster pitcher is decorated with a blue band of enamel, creating a very clean, simple design, accented with beading around the border and rim of the pitcher. The fancy serpentine and strap handles give it grace. The warmth of the copper makes it an attractive accessory to a bookshelf or cabinet.

A pair of hand-painted French porcelain ink-pots or candlesticks, made around 1920. The larger one is 4 1/4 inches (11 cm) by 4 1/4 inches and 2 1/2 inches (6,5 cm) tall. The smaller one is 3 3/4 inches (9,5 cm) by 3 3/4 inches. They are in good condition (age-appropriate fading to paint). They are signed, 'Le Tallec Paris' and 'Made in France'.

This porcelain two piece stamp box was produced in France by Tressemann & Vogt in the 1890s. The box is 4 1/4 inches long, 2 3/4 inches wide and 3 inches high, including the handle. The box has the artist’s initials on the bottom. The porcelain blank was sold white ware and decorated by a studio artist. There are three compartments inside the box to hold stamps. The ground color shades from mint green to almost white. There are vibrantly colored roses tumbling across the top of the box...

This porcelain chocolate cup and saucer was produced in France by Haviland & Co. Limoges in the 1880s. The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/4 inches and the cup is 2 1/2 inches high. The set is made of fine translucent porcelain. The handle on the cup is in the shape of a ribbon. The set is decorated with a factory transfer of tiny pansies. Condition: Excellent

A 10.5" Game Bird Plaque with the mark of P.M. Mavaleix, Limoges, France. It is from the period 1908-1914 and is signed by the artist, L. Coudert.

A group of four hand painted German porcelain cups and saucers by Helena Wolfsohn c1870s-80s. Each has fine floral decoration with garlands and gold trim and highlights, both inside and out. Each has a blue ground and all have the blue Wolfsohn backstamp (crowned D over Hand painted Dresden Saxony). One has "Handgemalt" instead of handpainted, and all have the gold rose overstamp. The cups stand 2" high and the saucers are 5-7/8" across, and each saucer also is stamped with a retailer stamp....

This porcelain plate was produced in Germany by KPM Royal Berlin in the late 19th century. It has the blue scepter and red orb on the back. It measures 8 1/2 inches in diameter. The porcelain is molded with a basket weave border and curved ribs. Pink wild roses decorate the center of the plate. The painting is the excellent quality KPM is noted for. The border is cream colored with lacy gilded accents. Condition: Excellent

German KPM Royal Berlin Porcelain fluted rim oval shape serving Platter with royal Blue and Gold rim, ca. 1920, 10" x 7 3/8" wide, 1 1/8" high, marked underglaze blue Scepter, and KPM in red overglaze with Orb mark, and some numbers and impressed mark on the bottom. The condition is good, some old dull scratches on inner gold rim area.

This porcelain plate was produced in Germany in the late 19th century. It has a maker’s mark under the glaze we do not recognize. The plate is 8 1/2 inches in diameter. It has a beautiful reticulated border that is quite elaborate. The center of the plate is painted with a garden scene with lovers under a tree. The painting is expertly done. There is lacy gold trim around the inside of the plate. The reticulated border is painted with vivid flowers and outlined in gold. Condition: T...
