Offered is this beautiful pair of vases with hand-painted decor and embedded jewels. Each vase is 7 1/2 inches (19 cm) tall and the vases are in excellent condition without chips, cracks or repairs (age-appropriate fading to the gilt, as expected) - amazingly, all the jewels are intact, in spite of the vases being over a hundred years old, showing how well they had been cared for. Unsigned - probably made by Moser or Fritz Heckert.

Offered is this beautiful, cranberry-colored Bohemian glass vase with hand-painted porcelain plaque of a beautiful young lady. Except for the expected fading of the gilt and bottom scratches, the vase is in very good condition. Polished pontil. The vase is 4 inches (10 cm) wide and 3 1/8 inches (8 cm) tall.

A couple of (shade and ewer) iridescent glass items, made by Imperial glass. The shade is 5 1/2 inches tall, 5 inches wide (at the flared end) and has a 2 1/4 inch fitter opening (some roughness to the fitter end, as made). The ewer is 7 1/4 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches wide (to handle-tip). One flea-bite on lid-bottom (hidden when lid is in place). Polished pontil. Both unsigned.

Fine Bohemian green-to-clear cut glass Biedermeier footed spa beaker ("spaglas") featuring five panels, each beautifully engraved with Classical symbols. Beakers of this sort originated in the great spa towns of Bohemia, where they were used to take the waters. This crystal glass was produced in Europe in the late 19th century. It was probably made by a Bohemian firm. There is a signature but we were unable to identify the maker. The glass is 8 inches tall and the diameter of the bowl is 2 3/4 inches. It is made of hand blown crystal and the stem is hand cut. The gilded enamel decoration is extremely fine and detailed. It has winged griffins in the design. Condition: Excellent

This flint glass pitcher was produced in the United Stated at the Boston Sandwich glass factory in the late 19th century. It measures 5 1/2 inches high. It is cranberry opalescent hobnail with a clam broth attached handle. There is a rosette connecting the handle and a wide polished pontil on the bottom. The pitcher rings like a bell when tapped. The pitcher has a sensuous quality about it...

This satin glass basket was produced in the United States in the late 19th century. The exact manufacturer is unknown. It was probably made by a New England glass company. It is 10 1/2 inches high and 7 3/4 inches in width. It is made of cased satin glass, white on the outside and striped with shades of rose coloring inside. There is an applied foot and applied thorn handle. The stripes inside the basket are reminiscent of candy, the coloring is so appealing...

This crystal cordial glass was produced in Bohemia in the late 19th century. There are no marks to identify the maker. The glass is 9 1/4 Inches high and the diameter of the opening is 2 1/4 inches. The crystal is hand blown. The stem has an elongated air twist stem. There is hand painted enamel decoration on the top. It is accented with blue beading and gold trim. Condition: Excellent

A very nice English Georgian wine glass with a round funnel bowl, the lower half being molded with flutes. The stem is of the double series opaque twist type (DSOT) and is comprised of a pair of multi-ply corkscrews outside of a pair of spiral threads. Conical foot with a snapped pontil.

A nice Bohemian mercury tapered columnar-form mercury glass vase, the sides engraved through a bright red flashing to the silver. The pattern depicts a bird nesting among exotic flower and foliage. The design is accented with applied white lines. The silvering is not in as good condition as one would hope, but the very bright red flashing and the generous size more than makes up for it!

Origin: Bohemia, ca. 1870...

A beautiful set of three emerald green roemers with cup bowls, applied prunts of the stem, and folded feet and polished pontils. Condition is excellent, with no chips, cracks, or restoration. The height of each is 4 7/16", with a bowl diameter of 2 1/2" and a foot diameter of 3".

A fine example of an English lead metal antique air twist glass. The ogee bowl is above a multiple spiral air twist (MSAT) stem above a conical foot with a rough pontil.

The condition is excellent, with no chips, scratches, or restoration. Good color, striations, and tooling marks. The height is 6 1/8", with a bowl diameter of 2 1/8" and a foot diameter of 2 1/2".

A nice double series opaque twist (DSOT) wine glass with an ovoid bowl (slightly ogee) which has a fluted lower half. The stem has a pair of 9-ply spiral bands outside of a lace twist. Conical foot, snapped pontil.

Offered is this beautiful antique oil lamp (the lamp has been electrified), made by Sheldon. It is made in the highly collectible swirled-glass decor. Outstanding early South Jersey glass paperweight enclosing a frit design of an eagle with an American flag and the words "The American Fire Philadelphia A.D. 1810." I'm not sure if this refers to a fire department or a fire insurance company. The detailing, especially the feathery delicacy of the eagle's wings, is very nice. The glass is very good quality and the design achieves very nice magnification because of its placement low in the crown...

It is 10 inches high, including the stopper, and 5 3/4 inches wide. The glass is hand blown crystal. Inside the cut stopper is a teardrop bubble. The handle is applied. A nice example of an antique scrambled glass paperweight by the New England Glass Company. The set-up contains a colorful variety of complex canes, filigree and twists in a nicely compact grouping. There are least three complex canes with white eagle silhouettes against a field of dark purple. There are no annealing problems and few bubbles in the set-up. The glass of the dome has good color and clarity. The bottom is concave with a basal ring.

Offered is this beautiful, applied-threaded, Czech / Bohemian, ribbed glass fan vase, made most likely by Kralik. The vase is 9 1/2 inches (24 cm) tall, 8 inches (20,5 cm) wide and 2 1/4 inches (5,5 cm) deep. The vase is in very good condition. Polished pontil. Unsigned, except for the, 'Czechoslovakia', mark on its bottom (barely visible in the last picture) - the straight-line 'Czechoslovakia' mark was used by Kralik.

Dating early 20th century is this perfect Moser crackle glass pitcher with opposing sides featuring enameled scenes of a heron in a natural setting. The crackle glass is a champagne color and the the enameling is rich and vibrant, large polished pontil is on bottom. Measures 5 1/2 inches high. A beautiful piece for the collector of Moser or crackle glass.

Very nice glass calabash in aqua blue. One side features hands clasped across a patriotic shield surrounded by stars and olive branches and the word "Union". The other side is decorated with an American eagle grasping a banner, shield, arrows and olive branches. The calabash has a polished pontil on the bottom and an applied lip at the neck.

A cranberry thumbprint pattern glass pickle cruet on a silver plated stand from the 1890 era. The ornate stand is 11-3/4" tall and it has a nice decorative design as does the original silver plated lid; it is stamped with the Standard Silver Co. mark, which was in business in Toronto before 1893 (they later merged with International in 1913). Two beautiful Bohemian glass decanters - both cut, one with further etched enhancements. The cut one is 10 1/2 inches (27 cm) tall, 4 3/4 inches (12 cm) wide and 2 3/4 inches (7 cm) deep. It has some bottom scratches and a small amount of usage-cloudiness. The applied-handled one is 10 1/2 inches tall, 5 1/2 inches (14 cm) wide and 2 3/4 inches deep. This pretty shaker is made from emerald-green glass with a gold-toned metal top. It is unmarked, but we were told by a glass specialist that it is from England, and circa 1900. It’s approximately 5” tall and 2-3/8” across the bottom. The top/lid has cut-outs in the shape of stars – really charming! It is in excellent condition.
