Early flint glass water goblet on round foot with thin stem rising to cylindrical bowl wheel etched with flowers and leaves. Excellent condition.

The goblet belonged to the collection of Lenna Gertrude Clarke Judd (1865 - 1939) who moved from New York City in 1903 to Dalton, Georgia where she became a well respected philanthropist through out the sate. We have the complete provenance from Mrs Judd down to the present.

Offered is this beautiful, iridescent, pulled-feather bowl/vase on ornate metallic stand. Superb iridescence. Overall, it is 13 inches high and 11 1/2 inches wide; the bowl itself is 9 1/2 inches wide and 3 1/2 inches high. It is in excellent condition. Polished pontil (there is a slight 'pull' on the pontil - see picture). Unsigned - probably was made by either Loetz / Rindskopf in Bohemia.

Handsome hexagonal faceted glass paperweight featuring a detailed frost intaglio of a lion pressed into the base. The New England Glass Company made several different types of intaglio paperweights, and this piece is possibly an example of the company's work.

A beautiful Victorian art glass short vase or cachepot in luscious shades of caramel. The vase is made in the manner of plated amberina, except that the color shades from a light toffee at the bottom to a dark nut brown at the rim. The interior plating is pale caramel. The vase is blown into a twisted four-lobed shape with a slightly everted rim. A red and white overlay and marbled glass vase by Loetz, Bohemia. From the Carneol series, of square shape and decorated with a lace-like pattern in white enamel and gilt. Carneol glass was produced in 1888 and 1889. Height "4 / 10.5 cm. Condition: fine.

A unusually fine example of a scrambled weight by the New England Glass Company. The weight includes latticinio twists and millefiore canes. The set-up includes a complex red, white and blue cane (visible through the concave bottom of the weight) formed of a heart silhouette surrounded by stars. The canes are tightly packed for a very nice appearance. The glass is quite clear.

A Mary Gregory Hand Painted Decorated Green Glass Pitcher or Decanter. Picture of Young Girl Holding a Flower. Late 19th century. Unfinished Pontil and Applied Handle. Dimensions; 9.5" high x 5.5" wide. Typical minor gilt loss but in excellent overall condition.

This is a large, signed Crown Milano glass jar/jardiniere made by Mt Washington. It is an exceptionally large jar: it is 10 3/4 inches wide and 8 1/4 inches high. The jar is in excellent condition - no chips, cracks or repairs (there is some expected, age-appropriate fading to the paint). It is signed in its polished pontil.

Beautiful set of jeweled glass finger-bowl and under-plate, made most likely by Moser. The bowl is 5 1/4 inches (13,5 cm) wide and 2 1/4 inches (6 cm) high. The under-plate is 5 3/4 inches (14 cm) wide and 3/4 inches (2 cm) high. Both are in fine condition (some expected usage scratches on under-plate). Unsigned, as expected.

Wonderful old Millville, NJ area glass paperweight wig stand or mantel ornament. The setup is pierced with five elongated icepick bubbles. Small bits of aventurine glass highlight the overall coloring of soft yellow and green. The top is heavily faceted with 33 printies of varying sizes. Offered is this beautiful pair of vases with hand-painted decor and embedded jewels. Each vase is 7 1/2 inches (19 cm) tall and the vases are in excellent condition without chips, cracks or repairs (age-appropriate fading to the gilt, as expected) - amazingly, all the jewels are intact, in spite of the vases being over a hundred years old, showing how well they had been cared for. Unsigned - probably made by Moser or Fritz Heckert.

This crystal glass was produced in Europe in the late 19th century. It was produced by a Bohemian glass manufacturer. It is unsigned. The glass is 6 1/2 inches high and the diameter of the bowl is 4 1/8 inches. The crystal is hand blown and the stem is hand cut. The decoration is raised enamel gilding. There are baskets of flowers and fruits with swirls and swags. The quality of the workmanship is superb. Condition: Excellent

A pretty Victorian mercury glass vase in tapered and ribbed columnar form with a foot. The body has a matte surface decorated with a pretty bouquet of blue and white flowers. The vase has a nice small size that is not easy to find.

Origin: Bohemia, ca. 1870. Condition: excellent, a tiny area of oxidation near the base of the bouquet, no plug. Size: 6-1/8” tall.

A very good fruit bouquet paperweight by the New England Glass Company. Four pears alternate with cherries and foliage around a central pear. The lampwork fruit is particularly nice in this weight. The bouquet is presented against a spiraling double latticinio basket. The dome is high and offers nice magnification. The crystal is a bit sugary, as is typical of many NEGC weights. The concave base has a wide basal ring.

A nice example of an antique scrambled glass paperweight by the New England Glass Company. The set-up contains a colorful variety of complex canes, filigree and twists in a nicely compact grouping. There are least three complex canes with white eagle silhouettes against a field of dark purple. There are no annealing problems and few bubbles in the set-up. The glass of the dome has good color and clarity. The bottom is concave with a basal ring.

These 14 glass punch cups were produced in Bohemia by an unknown glass manufacturer in the late 19th century. They measure 3 ¾ inches high and have a diameter of 3 ¾ inches. The glass is hand blown with a leaded content so that they ring when tapped. They are hand decorated with heavy enamel paint you can feel with your fingers. A beautiful set of five green-to-clear glass vases, made by Moser around 1885. The vases have beautifully-cut art nouveau floral decor. All vases have polished pontils. The vases have been examined under black-light: there are no cracks in the vases. Alas, there are some chips in the vases (the worst two shown in the last two pictures). Each vase is 3 3/4 inches (9,5 cm) tall and 1 1/4 inches (3,2 cm) wide at base. Though unsigned, the vases are guaranteed to have been made by Moser.

This stunning Victorian tomato glass basket by Boston & Sandwich Glass Company is made from two layers of cased glass, a tomato or orange-red color over yellow with an applied clear single twist thorn handle and 4 applied clear feet. A beautiful, hand-painted, diamond-quilted Bohemian wine glass. The amber-colored glass has transparent cabochons on it. The glass is 4 5/8 inches (12 cm) tall and 3 1/4 inches (8 cm) wide. It is in fine condition. It fluoresces in a gentle-green coloration - typical of late 19th century or early 20th century glass objects.

Offered is this very rare early Bohemian glass chalice. It is 6 3/8 inches (16 cm) tall and 3 3/8 inches (8,5 cm) wide at the top. Made on very heavy glass, there is superb enameling and cutting. Unsigned. The deep miter-cut star on the base of the chalice and the lavish gilding on it would strongly suggest that this chalice was made in Bohemia in the Biedermeier period (1825-1845). Offered is this beautiful, iridescent art glass vase made by Loetz around 1898, in their 'Tree-trunk' decor ('Creta Rusticana'. The vase is 5 inches (12,5 cm) tall and 4 1/4 inches (10,8 cm) wide at the bottom. Except for a couple of minutest of flea-bites on the top rim, the vase is in very good condition. Though unsigned, most likely it was made by Loetz (refer to page 4 of David Littlefield's website for a Loetz 'Creta Rusticana' vase of similar shape and decor).

A wonderfully colored Wheeling Peachblow (AKA Coral) stick vase shown in the Hobbs, Brockunier and Co. Catalog as a #12 vase. The vase is in the glossy finish and measures 8 7/8 inches tall.

This glass jug was produced in Bohemia by Josephinenhutte around 1895.  It was probably decorated by Fritz Heckert.  The jug measures 8 1/2 inches tall.  The stretch type glass is hand blown with an applied handle.  It is hand decorated with raised enamels in Middle Eastern style.  It is a handsome example of Bohemian art glass. Condition:  The ring of gilding around the foot shows some wear.  It is otherwise in excellent condition. 

This pair of wine glasses was produced in Bohemia by Moser in the 1880s. They are 5 ¾ inches high and the diameter of the opening is 2 inches. The glasses are hand blown and have leaded content so that they ring. The glasses are hand enameled in exquisite fashion. All of the enamel is raised. A nice Bohemian mercury tapered columnar-form mercury glass vase, the sides engraved through a bright red flashing to the silver. The pattern depicts a bird nesting among exotic flower and foliage. The design is accented with applied white lines. The silvering is not in as good condition as one would hope, but the very bright red flashing and the generous size more than makes up for it!
