This exceptional teapot is from the Staffordshire region of England from the very early 19th century, reasonably dated c. 1800 and attributed to the New Hall factory. It is a porcelain production imitating the very popular Chinese wares coming into the European market, and attempting to convince consumers that it was of the same quality. These pieces often depict domestic scenes but are frequently scenes from theater or novels...

Magnificent large French amphora. The finely detailed enamel scenary was made utilizing "petit poi" method. The ornate base is made of bronze.
Measures: 12.5" (approx. 32 cm) length X 9" (aprox 23 cm) diameter.
A fine porcelain cup and deep saucer decorated with hand painted birds sitting on braches near the ground. The cup and saucer are also decorated with randomly placed puce sprigs. Unmarked, but numerous examples of similar birds with puce sprigs are on marked Ansbach pieces. Saucer 5 ¼ inches (13.4 cm) diameter. Cup 4 inches (10 cm) diameter including the handle, 3 ¼ inches (8 cm) without it. Cup 2 inches (5 cm) tall.
Condition: No chips or repairs...
A very English copper bachelor button – a substitute for an ordinary sewn-on button - Victorian, for your cloak or jacket, works excellently. Punch sitting, feather pen in hand, looking at the latest issue of his magazine, dated November 1878, his watchful dog Toby by his side. Interestingly, a diamond patent mark is seen under the chair. Unusual, marked ”The Patent Safety Solitaire”. Diameter "1/ 2.5 cm.
This fancy gold lined iron band reads "Gold Gab Ich Fur Eisen", meaning "I gave gold for iron", and was part of a patriotic effort to fund the Austro Hungarian War whereupon German citizens were asked to donate their gold jewelry and other gold articles and in return they would receive iron rings with these patriotic inscriptions...

This exquisite antique bronze relief plaque is a remarkable art from the late 19th century. It was created by Étienne Alexandre Stella, a French sculptor well-known for his exceptional bronze figure sculptures and relief plaques. The plaque depicts actors from the "La commedia dell'arte" performing on the streets of Paris, and the lower left corner bears Stella's signature "STELLA."
It is housed within a modern, custom-made, beautiful gilt and lacquered wood frame...
A blue and white parian pitcher with raised oak leaves and acorns and a “branch” handle and spout. The oak portions in white against a textured blue painted ground. Marked on the underside with the U.S. Pottery Company ribbon mark with “No. 16.” and the number 12. This mark used in the 1850’s. 8 5/8 inches tall and 6 ¾ inches across handle and spout.
Condition: no chips or repairs, but a crack in the base of the handle.
Circa 1860, A gorgeous Napoleon style gold gilt bronze hand mirror with beveled glass. Carved in high relief is a tender scene of a young man teaching a maiden to play the flute. A sheep is in the foreground. The scene is surround by 3 bands of enameling: black, white, and deep blue with a gold foliate design. In excellent antique condition, it measures 11.75 inches long x 6.5" across.
This porcelain vase was produced in England by Coalport in the 1890s. It is 7 1/2 inches tall with a diameter of 3 inches at its widest point. It has a flared mouth and pedestal base. The ground coloring is cream and gray. There are medallions of jeweled enamels in turquoise, ruby and opal. Ornate raised gilding separates the segments of cream and gray. Lacy gilding is found at the mouth and the base...

An exceptionally well done Bohemian souvenir crystal glass goblet of souvenir type depicting various attractions in Bavaria, Austria, and Bohemia.
