This slithering 18K gold snake ring with diamond eyes is a delight to wear. The snake motif, in this case, a snake eating it tail, an ouroboros, was first popularized in Victorian jewelry as a symbol of eternal life and eternal love. Queen Victoria's engagement ring was a snake. Our snake ring can be worn with the snake head looking down or up, whatever you prefer. The ring is hallmarked London, 1904. The ring is a US size 6 1/2.

This porcelain ewer was produced in England by Royal Worcerster in 1885. The date letter in the marking indicates this year. It is model number 1048. The artist who painted this vase was Charles Baldwyn who worked at Worcester from 1880 to 1904. The ewer measures 7 ¼ inches high and has a diameter of 6 ¾ inches. An Unusual Pair of Newell Harding Coin Silver Salts, in a Georgian Style. Dimensions; 3" in diameter x 1.5" high; weight 7.2 troy ounces. Excellent condition. Monogram, the same as on our Harding Pitcher, item number 1866 and Trocadero number 1099895. Note that the "Harding" part of the mark is rubbed, but can be made out on one.

A dark blue printed soup plate depicting in the center Saint Catherine’s hill in Surrey with fishermen and a boat on the River Wye. The back marked with an impressed Clews mark. Well printed and clear images. 8 ¾ inches diameter, 1 ¾ inches tall.

Condition: No chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. A few minor scratches in the center of the bowl. Slight discoloration on the back.

Offered is this rare New England Glass Company's 'Fruit on Latticinio' paperweght, made around 1849 by Francois Pierre (after he left Baccarat Company and joined NEGC). The paperweight is approximately 2 1/2 inches wide and 1 5/8 inches tall. Polished pontil. It is in good condition - there is the expected, age-appropriate wear to the base of the paperweight (see 5th picture) and a few fabrication-holes (cannot be felt from the outside) inside the paperweight (see 3rd picture)...

This porcelain plate was produced in England by Mintons around 1905. It is artist signed Machin. The plate measures 9” in diameter. The 1 3/4” peach colored enamel border is accented with elegant raised gilding. The center of the plate has a cherub hovering in mid air holding bunches of grapes over his head. An exceptionally attractive transferware bowl in the Milanese Pavilion pattern having fruit and floral images around the rim while two elegantly attired ladies converse on the pavilion. The back stamp bears the J H & Co mark of Joshua Heath & Co and dates to c. 1840 While the bowl is visually magnificent, it has a 2 3/4" hairline crack for which we have drastically reduced the price and for which we would consider reasonable offers. A tall and beautiful antique English ale glass with a DSOT stem. The elongated ogee bowl is engraved below the rim with meandering branches of barley and hops. Midway down the bowl is a finely engraved bee. The stem contains a double series opaque twist comprised of a multi-ply band outside of a pair of spiral tapes. Conical foot with a rough, snapped pontil.

This glass demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Bohemia by Moser in the 1880s. The saucer is 4” in diameter and the is cup 1 ½” high.
