A rare and beautiful Signed Steuben Aurene sugar pot (with etched and acid-cutback flowers and branches, and a sterling cover). The glass piece is 3 5/8 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches wide at the bottom. Good condition. Polished pontil. Signed. Cover marked, 'Sterling' and the glass is marked, 'Aurene'.

A Matched Set of Four George II Silver Open Salts. The Set was assayed in London in 1747, makers mark illegible. The dimensions are 3" across and 1 1/2" high. They stand on three cabriole legs and weigh a total of 9 Troy ounces. There is a small crest in the front of each. Minor imperfections, but in very good condition overall.

Wonderfully painted enamel ring depicting the love between Cupid and Psyche, the universal symbol of everlasting love. The ancient Greeks viewed the butterfly as a symbol of the immortality of the soul. The painting on the enamel ring shows the goddess Psyche, which means "soul" or "spirit", in the form of the butterfly, being chased by Cupid. The ring is 18K, circa 1910, size 6.5 and can be sized.

A superb and rare lead metal antique English Georgian period composite stem wine glass. The round funnel bowl is beautifully engraved with a wide band with a foliate and scroll motif. This porcelain cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Nymphenburg around 1815. The saucer has the Nymphenburg shield impressed into the porcelain. The diameter of the saucer is 5 1/4 inches and is 1 1/4 inches deep. The cup measures 3 1/2 inches tall and has a diameter of 3 1/8 inches. The front of the cup is finely hand painted in neoclassical style. There is a maiden appearing to be offering a branch of flowers. The interior of the cup is gilded on the sides to the bottom...

This covered vegetable dish was produced in France by Pouyat Limoges around 1900. It is 11 1/4 inches long, 8 inches wide and 5 1/2 inches high. The porcelain has molded poppies and scrolled edges and handles. It is decorated with art nouveau chrysanthemums. Heavy gilding is profusely used on the rims and handles. Delicate gilding is used to accent the design and to trim the borders. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain plate was produced in Germany by the Carl Thieme Dresden studio in the 1890s. It is 9 3/4 inches in diameter. The porcelain blank is reticulated around the 1 3/4 inch border. There are reserves containing 4 vignettes of lovers in garden landscapes. They alternate with the cut out floral pattern similar to the type Meissen used. The center of the plate has a large Watteau scene with couples in 18th century dress. The painting is done in fine detail and bright colors...

I don't know quite how to describe this one, so I will begin somewhere. This is a sort of milk glass plate with ornate edge pattern with cut-outs, 8" in diameter. In the last years of the 19th or early years of the 20th century, someone very meticulously cut pieces and strips from used American postage stamps, utilizing those pieces to create designs like early flags, American eagle, crossed swords, a crescent moon, and six pointed star...

Description: Wonderful Eastern European elaborately decorated repousse silver Dish, composed of two compartment, 2 emerald cut inset stones at each end, fitted with removable insert having loop handles.
