This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Doulton Burslem in the 1880s. The saucer measures 4 1/2 inches in diameter and the cup is 2 1/4 inches high. The set is made of fine bone china. Each piece has molded high relief designs in the porcelain. The cup has a unique shape. From the rim of the cup it puffs out and then tapers toward the bottom. An underglaze blue transfer printed porcelain mug in the “Fisherman” pattern with a loop handle circa 1790. Marked on the bottom with a transfer printed “S.” 3 ¼ inches tall, 3 ¾ inches across the handle.
Condition: no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Good clear printing of the pattern in an even blue.
Nice example of a popular pattern that Caughley used on numerous different pieces of porcelain.

18K yellow gold sapphire ring with three large sapphires and two diamonds, all roughly equal in size, in the form of a classic Victorian half hoop diamond ring, with emphasis on the gemstones.
