Lovely pair of sterling silver sugar tongs with opaque turquoise and white enamel decoration. The quality of these tongs is apparent from the ornate and elegant piercing of the tips. Stamped on the inside “Sterling 1212” and hallmarked by the H. H. Curtis Co. (North Attleboro, MA, 1891-1915).

Fine large, 21 inch long, sterling silver mirrored plateau by Jean Francois Veyrat, 10 Rue De La Tour, Paris. This plateau features four cast silver hoof feet and a beveled mirror. In excellent condition with just normal antique wear to the mirror, it is fully hallmarked and has a wood bottom. Measures 21" long, 17" wide, and 2.25" high. Circa 1880.

Lovely sterling silver berry spoon dating from the reign of Queen Victoria. The gilt bowl is finely and elegantly decorated with a repousse pattern featuring grapes, pomegranates and apples. A fine sterling silver gravy ladle in the 1892 “Richelieu” patterns by Tiffany & Co. This is one of Tiffany’s great early patterns and is very sought after today. It is distinguished by shell motifs at the handle and pendant bellflowers that lead down the stem. The flattened bowl is elegantly gadrooned to match the scalloped edge. The back is marked with Tiffany’s hallmark in use 1891-1902.

Circa 1880, marbleized slate game board with ornate gold gilding. Painted on slate with line carving, it is securely mounted in a walnut frame. In very good antique condition with some painting loss commensurate with age. Measures 28.25ʺ wide × 1.5ʺ deep × 20ʺ high.

Cartouche-shaped black marble plaque inset with oval micromosaic panels depicting Roman archaeological scenes (clockwise from upper left): the Coliseum, the Temple of Hercules, the Roman Forum and the Pantheon. Those four panels surround the Doves of Pliny, an image often used in micromosaics, which comes from a Roman floor mosaic at Hadrian’s villa in Tivoli and is believed to be a copy of a lost ancient Greek mosaic at Pergamon described by Pliny the elder.

Very nice poplar Shaker bonnet with a label marking the size as a 5. They were also made in size #6 and size #7. The bonnets were sold by the Shakers in their gift shops but they were not made by the Shakers. This one is in very good condition. It does have a few brown stains at the top of the brim edge, see photo. This is just about as good as you can get for this type of Shaker bonnet.

A fine and rare example of the antique, circa 1850 "kupka - kupke," a cap with wig. This type of Kupka was worn by well-to-do religious Jewish women on the Sabbath and holidays in Poland in the 19th century.

This magnificent Kupka is finely embellished in the highest quality of Spanier Arbeit, with embroidery of intricate patterns with gilt silver thread and bullion, decorated with small globular silver bids, and an interior with silk lining.

Antique flannel dog filled with grain or sawdust that makes him feel like a bean bag and allows him to stand nicely. He has big bead eyes and replaced floppy ears. The original ears must have been further back where you see a white patch. That patch is white flannel that hasn't gotten dirty. He has a couple of mends but is old and nice and has a bit of a worried look. He is 7 1/2" long and 6" tall. (His ears are a wool knit fabric that looks like they have been there for a while.) Hi is 19th C. ...

This is a very nice egg wash chintz brown calico bag with a tan linen lining. It has a ribbon trim across the top and around the edges of the bag. The edges only have a little of the ribbon trim left, it has worn off over the years. The bag is in really good shape and is not fragile, it could be really used. Or great to use to store items while hanging off a hook or peg rack. 10" by 13" not including the straps. Circa 1870-80

Someone with a sense of humor gave this dear old flannel sheep blue floss eyes and brown eye lashes all the way around. She is big, 10" long including his tail and 6" tall even with her legs askew. Poor design or bad eating habits preventing her from standing on all fours. She has a great smile on her face and floppy ears with finishing stitches around the edges. She is a very sweet old gently played with late 19th C. toy lamb.

This is what I call a down home or servicable antique pot holder. It looks like a odd apple with a tummy sash. It is sewn nicely but with a childish feeling to it. I am sure it was used but care was taken with it. The loop at the top looks original. It is a very nice naive pot holder from the 1840's. It is 4" by 5". I love seeing these hung.

This is a hand sewn and hand quilted antique doll quilt circa 1850-60. It is random and naïve and very pleasing to the eye. It has been professionally mounted. I love hanging these doll quilts on fronts and backs of doors. (I have run out of wall space!) This one is 16" by 16" and mounted 18" by 18".

This pin cushion makes quite a statement. It has wonderful calico print fabrics in soft red, blue and brown. It is 7" square and is 3 1/2" thick and very heavy. You can see that it did have pins stuck in it at one time. It was made to be used. This is the best pin cushion! C. 1880 with some of the fabrics earlier.
