Pair of Alhambra bronze mirrors by Tiffany Co., with incised middle eastern designs over surface, with scrolling elements around mirror, and cross hatching and geometric motifs on handle, round hook at top of both for hanging. Measure 14" high, 7 3/8" in diameter, and roughly 1/2" deep. The backs are different, one is just flat, the other with step design, both types found in these mirrors...

Rare and attractive Qing Dynasty cinnabar red hand carved wooden display stand/etagere for smaller art objects, has 3 drawers at base. Good condition, size: L. 18" (46 cm.) x H. 15" (38 cm.) x D. 5.5" )14 cm.). (sold without the porcelain objects displayed)

Medallion representing Napoleon Bonaparte wearing the laurel wreath. The emperor is represented still young. This must be one of the earliest depictions of the emperor, arround 1800-1805. On the edge is inscribed in french "Napoleon the great Emperor and King", the medallion is mounted on a horn box. The medallion is in bronze or gilded copper with a beautiful slightly greenish mercury gilding, it is framed by a strapping of pink metal which must be pink gold. Good condition, no restoration...

Antique Renaissance Revival Desk Cabinet, ebonized with ormolu mounts, having a galleryed superstructure with a hinged door below, opening to a divider interior, and raised on flattened ball feet.

Rather whimsical Georgian III Tea Caddy in the form of two conjoined single caddies, rectangular, with hinged lid opening to two lidded compartments and the whole raised on ball form feet. Only the right hand escutcheon has a working lock.

Antique French cow horn snuff box with a scene from Lord Byron's Mazeppa. On this box Mazeppa is tyed naked to a wild horse that was set loose as punishement for having an affair with Countess Theresa. Measures 3.5" long, 2" wide, .75" high

American brass chamber stick, signed with mark from Turner Brass Works in Chicago. Manufactured circa 1900. From the Lumiere Collection of chamber sticks and lamps assembled over a 40 plus year period.

Small Victorian stick and ball wall shelf with a mirror on top and a hinged box on the bottom. This cute little shelf has brass tops and is grain painted. It dates fromthe early 1900s, and measures 23" tall x 12" wide x 5 1/2" deep.

Unusual black lacquer and gold papier-mache tobacco box with scenes featuring the preparation of cured tobacco leaves used for wrapping cigars. Measures: 5.5" long, 2.5" wide, 2" high

Japanese cigarette case / tobacco box, lacquer on copper with mother of pearl inlay of flowers and birds to both sides. Made in Nagasaki and exported to Europe, where it was given as a Christmas present in 1867 - dedication and date engraved to the inside of the box lid. Measures: 6 " / 15.2 x 3 " / 7.3 cm, height 2/3 ” / 1.7 cm. Condition: the lid with cracks and some loss to the lacquer.
