Case: 7.125" x 3.125” Brass and beveled glass carriage clock in the Boite Riche design with a shaped carrying handle above the flat pediment with the glazed aperture to view the platform escapement (not shown in photos). The rectangular lacquered brass case has gilt brass repousse work in narrow frieze above and below the beveled glass panels as well as around the base in a broader band. Offered for sale is a desireable Civil War era, wide mouth, apothecary bottle sporting “FLOR. CASS.” on the under glass label! I believe that it means FLOWER CASSIA.

The nine inch tall bottle sports the following embossing on the base: "W.N.WALTON PAT'D SEPT. 23D 1862." The fancy, applied recessed label is complete, shows minor age related flaws and is in very good condition.

The bottle has a few unobtrusive manufacturing bubbles and flaws; otherwise no damage...

This 14K gold American Waltham pocket watch has exceptionally fine embossed and chased gold decoration of floral motifs. The face is enamel with Roman numerals. The face is covered by a plastic bezel over over another crystal. Serial number and gold purity stamped on the back. Dimension: 1 1/2"

A beautifully carved ivory lion forms the handle for this circa 1900-1910 dress cane. With glass eyes and a menacing snarl, the lion measures 2-1.2 x 1 inches and tops a slender ivory collar, rosewood shaft and ivory tip. Overall length is 36 inches.

Measuring just 2 inches high, blown-in-mold, 19th century, clear glass bleeding or cupping glass is in excellent condition.

Extensively used in the 19th century and earlier, the cupping glass is a glass vessel from which the air has been exhausted by heat or suction creating a vacuum, and then applied to the skin to draw blood to the surface for therapeutic or curative purposes.

Lovely antique garden shears, circa 1915. They are silver plate made by the Clauss Co. of Fremont Ohio. They are 6.5" long and 2.5" at their widest (when closed). They have a nice rose motif.

Exhibited, is a fine European antique cane with an incredible carved horn handle in form of a dog's head, close attention to every details, bronze pommel and ferrule. Size: The carved handle measures 3.5 inches long and overall length of the cane is 31 inches long. Circa 1910-1921, very scarce, MacGregor, DEEP GROOVE Golf Club that was designed to significantly enhance the backspin of a golf ball. As history would have it, these clubs actually worked and gave an unfair advantage to those professionals who were adept at using them!

The sole of the club is marked MASHIE NIBLICK. The back of the club is stamped as follows: Guaranteed Forged - R-Z ACCURATE - BAKSPIN (with arrow) MASHIE-NIBLICK and a faint oval stamp with MACGREGOR, DAYTON OH.

In 1866 the name of this company was changed from the Mozart Watch Co. to the New York Watch Co. and was located in Rhode Island. Before any watches has been sold, they moved to Springfield, Mass. In 1867. A factory was built there, but only about 100 watches were produced before a fire occurred on April 23, 1870. Shortly after the fire, in 1870, a newly designed watch was introduced.
