It is expertly chipped. In fact, you cannot tell which side is side A. Both sides are equally masterfully chipped. A G-10 all the way. It is 1 5/8" long...

Pre Columbian Volcanic stone foot offering effigy , small red brown stone carved as a left foot the top has a face carved with teeth . We believe this to be either Tairona due to the face or Costa Rican because they did make appendage offering pieces in stone. Wonderful tiny sculpture . Size L 3" W just under 1.5"

This incredible Columbia Plateau is 2 1/8" long. It is made from semi-translucent carnelian agate . It was found by Ernie Cowles in the 1930's. Of his vast collection of over 5,000 points, he stated this was his favorite. Ernie was a member of the Oregon Archaeological Society and was profiled in "Who's Who in Indian Relics", Vol. 3, 1972. Yellow and red agate is extremely rare especially in arrowheads and highly sought after by collectors...

This head has slanted eyes a large detailed hair combed with a tied headband style neck piece and earrings . Size 2.25" by 1.5"

This bone pendant is 1 3/4". It has been drilled and modified. It may be an atlatl finger rest. It is C1000AD. I purchased it from Tom Davis many years ago. It is from Kentucky.

A fantastic and very rare massive ritual spearpoint in black obsidian, Pre-Columbian or early colonial Mexico, likely Aztec manifacture, 14th.-16th. century.

The spearpoint made of one full flaking block of obsidian, with central unknapped areas to use its full size.

Size: 48 cm. long and weighing c. 2,2 kilograms!

Original red paint covers much of the polished black-brown surface and eyes and bill are outlined by incision. Ducks were associated with rain gods...

West Mexican Black Burnished stucco tall sided bowl, nice shape well made with a great feel . there are chips and repair. The bowl matches one of our listings of a pair of Pre Columbian statue arms each holding a similar bowl with an offering. Size 2.5" by 5.5"

This beautiful Olmec mask is made from semi-translucent jade. It is 3" X 3 1/2". Very deeply defined features. I purchased it from Michael Robbins of Santa Fe in 1989. It has high polish. A very nice authentic piece at a low price.

Mesa Verde Black on White Very large Oval pouring bowl 1050 to 1150 ad., it has no restoration. It is a large 5-1/2"high X 11"long X 8-1/2"wide. It is broken and re-glued, it is missing a couple shards per pictures. I acquired this in a trade with a friend. All my items are guaranteed to be authentic and as described.

Antique Mayan large celt axe from the Post-Classic era (900-1500 AD) is a true masterpiece of pre-Columbian Mesoamerican craftsmanship. Carved out of black-grey hard stone, possibly serpentine, this axe features a massive expanding form with a sharp cutting edge, making it an impressive and formidable weapon.

CONDITION: Shows its age and use, some minor chips to the cutting edge, otherwise in good condition...

This is a Mayan Jade sitting cross-legged pregnant woman. Depictions of women are rare. Pregnant women are even rarer. She is wearing a coiled snake headdress. Snakes are a powerful symbol among the Maya. In their primal form, snakes represent the surge of life force that brings all things on earth into manifestation. It is 3" tall. Excellent patina. No damage. It was found in Guatemala and dates to 250-600AD. I purchased it in 1991 from dealer Michael Robbins.

They are both perforated which is much rarer. They were uncovered in the melting Alaskan permafrost and could be thousands of years old. They are both translucent when backlit...

Measuring 3" in height, this cast bronze ceremonial knife dates to the period from 700-1000AD, and is from the South Coast of Peru. The upper border consists of a serpent bodied creature with fanged heads at both ends, each wearing a spiked crown. Deeply incised deity heads appear in profile at the top of each side of the blade. The piece has acquired a beautiful blue-green patina. An intact suspension loop is visible at the top,as shown in the photos.
