A coin silver cigar band with a primitive, stamped, coin-silver button ring, circa 1890-1900. Similar examples of this button can be found in, "Indian Silver Jewelery of the Southwest 1868-1930," by Larry Frank. Page 66, item 68 shows a very similar set of six stamped buttons with a high domed centers circa 1890s, found at Hopi in 1911.

This impressive boxlike purse was hand beaded and constructed as a souvenir by a member of the Iroquois nation at the turn of the century. The beadwork — all of it intact — tells the story: the maker beaded the words and numerals ‘Box,’ ‘Montreal’ and ‘1907’ on the top, front and back. There are sunburst-like designs on each side, and the handle is made of two twisted strands of clear beads; three groups of looped strands dangle from the bottom...

Large Colima Redware, Sitting Male Figure, without a phallus. 16" x 9" x 6" Ca. 200 B.C. to 500 A.D. Significant mineral deposits overall. Repairs to the upper head and facial areas, and pelvic region. Lower body incised lines, that appear to be pants. A very nice example.

This rare Archaic E-Notch point, made from translucent gray glossy flintridge, is in perfect condition. It has heavy grinding on the base and in the bottom portion of the notches. This is a classic example of the type and is beautifully beveled. It was found near Circleville, Pickaway County, Ohio. Comes with a Gregory Perino certificate of authenticity and shows very nice mineralization and patination.

A very interesting and rare Narino pottery vessel, shaped as a discus, really looks like an alien spaceship! Capuli cultural complex (ca. 850 A.D. – 1500 A.D.)

We've haven't seen an exact match in style and this is an attractive piece!

A superb quality ancient Pre-Columbian, Chorrera, ca. 9th–5th century B.C. Effigy vessel. A flat -bottomed compound vessel with a raised neck, slightly flared rim and three Anthropomorphic / Zoomorphic heads protruding from the shoulders, equidistantly positioned to provide a sense of balance to the overall composition of the vessel.

Details of the visages are nicely incised and delineated in repousse. Boasts a lovely redware finish and nice burnishing marks...

This unique Mayan translucent jadeite tube pipe is simply astounding and extremely detailed. The earliest mesoamerican pipes were tube pipes and date back to 1500BC. The material being smoked was inserted into the mouth of the serpent and inhaled from the other side. It could have had a perishable stem such as bone or wood. It was probably worn as a pendant until smoked. This is a particularly unique interpretation and rendition of a coiled snake...
