Rare Kiowa belt with 10 German silver conchos on a harness leather strip with buckskin tie suspensions and rectangular cutouts on each end of the leather strip. Belt is 34" long x 3" wide. Conchos are 2 7/8" in diameter. One Concho has different design elements from the other 9. Most likely a man's belt. Circa 1900.

A nice pair of carvings in emerald, incl. a finely carved and very large tortoise with segmented shell and a smaller Owl Fetish, Native American, probably Zuni, Navaho tribe and 20th. century (2).

The carvings are cut and polished in one transperant light blue-green stone. The massive turtle probably have had two legs made later and (re)-attached?

Zuni fetishes are small carvings made from primarily stone but also shell, fossils, and other materials by the Zuni people...

This is the only bone scalloped triskele gorget known to exist. I purchased it on 8-1-92 from Who's Who, Duke Snider, who purchased it from Tom Davis. It is a whopping 4 1/2 inches in diameter. The name of the finder will go to the buyer along with the original receipt and paperwork. Everything about this piece is 1000% correct. Ancient Moche solid cast silver Tumi Sceptre c 300 AD with Warriors or high priest Lords. Fine sculpture and casting with inlaid stone eyes headdress ear flairs and shields. Xrf testing done for content appraised and authenticated by Lowell Collins with paperwork. The sceptre came from a 1960s Texas collection. Weight is 292g silver and is 9.5" long and 2 ' wide at the top.

This is a very rare Iroquois female effigy bone carving adopting the "September Morn" pose (one hand on the chest and the other hand over the genitals or the abdomen). It is from West Bloomfield, New York, Seneca. "1600 to 1620" carefully printed in black ink on the reverse. She shows a pronounced band at the forehead, as if wearing some head gear or maybe some hair style. Cheeks are shown as broad and flat. Prominent breasts. This piece came from the Robert N. This is a very rare trans Paleo to early Archaic point dating to 10,500-9000 B.P. This is a large size arrow point that has long tip to base convex turning parallel sided blade edges that transition into drooping basal auricles. The basal edge is concave and the haft is ground. It has classic oblique transverse flaking and nice naturally aged patina with good sorbed deposits, hinge staining and authentic accumulations visible. It is made from a dark gray chert...

Oval vessel with bow handle between spout and perforated animal head, Vicús, ca. 100 - 500 AD.

Fine condition vessel from the rather illusive Vicus culture contemporary with the more well-known Moche culture. The vessel misses a very small pseudy lug handle at one side, othervise completely intact and unrepaired with some light weathering at edge of the spout.
