Chinese antique fencai porcelain dish with three circles of images of different blooming flowers with a pink sgraffito ground scrolling vine pattern surrounding the image. The main Chinese ceramic for export in the 13th to 14th centuries was the Longquan celadon of Zhejiang province. Glazed in monochrome green, Longquan-type wares have been found in archaeological sites around the world...

This is a rare late 18th century porcelain model of an elephant from the Arita Studio. 8" x 11.5", it is nicely decorated with blue medallions and a pale blue glaze.

Condition: Excellent, no chips, cracks or repairs.

A magnificent and rare Amida Nyorai bronze Buddha, made in the early Edo Period, which means in the early 17th. century. This statue was made in a way called lost-wax metal casting, also known as Rougata Chuuzou, which was popular only in the 6th. century and in the Edo time.

The statue is in good antique condition with no repairs or cracks.

20th century Japanese satsuma vase is 12 inches tall and 6 inches wide. It depicts several geishas walking on a path near a lake during spring. There are mountains in the background, flowering trees in the foreground and houses surrounded by trees. It is signed ¡°koshida.¡± It carries a gilt circular rim with multicolor flowers below and around the bottom. It is in great condition.

A good Song - Yuan dynasty longquan celadon large dish with twin fish motif, rounded side with flattened rim and glazed base, dish decorated with rare and clear large twin fish motif at the center and raising lotus petal motif at exterior, dish covered with good green glaze.
Dish is in good condition no crack, no chip, no restoration, porcelain with high ping sound with finger tip.

Yukumi Gata Toro (Lantern for View of Floating) that was used near water. Iron and Sheet Metal with a very rare Double Roof design. The door panels are in the shape of bamboo trees, the ancient Japanese symbol of resilience. This Shou Shan stone carving of Zhang Guo (or Kuo) Lao is a mid 19th century product. It depicts a seated Zhang Guo Lao. In his left hand, he is carrying his emblem Yu Gu (or Ku) or fish drum which is a tube-shaped bamboo drum with two iron rods. His right hand is resting on his knee. This very well carved Japanese ivory okimono is a late 19th century product. It is 5 1/2” high, 2 3/4” wide and 2 1/4″ thick measured from the bottom. It depicts a smiling farmer holding a bundle of fresh cut lotus roots which are wrapped and bound in a straw sheet. The facial expression is very realistic. The short robe with willow tree design indicates it is either spring or summer which is the right season for harvesting lotus roots...

A heavy "Celadon" glazed porcelain vase probably made in the Jingdezhen kilns, Jianxi province, in imitation of early Ming Longquan wares.
