Chinese carved malachite netsuke size figure, depicting a frog, on wood stand, 2 inches in height with length of 2.5 inches, very good condition.

This traditional style handwarmer has split handle with copper fittings. All around the body is a subtle etched design which is now difficult to see because of the heavy patina. Makers mark is on the bottom. It shows signs of heavy use. Approx 5" across and 4" high with handles extended

Wonderful set of five vintage French canisters in a red and white checkerboard pattern. Very unique swirl pattern on interiors of canisters. Overall in good shape, a few dings here & there, but nothing to detract from the charm of this vintage set. More pictures available via email. Circa 1930's. Largest canister measures approximately 4-1/2" high, 4-1/2" diameter. Smallest measures 3-1/4" high, 2-3/4" diameter.

Always stylish and well made, this Schiaparelli brooch is no exception. Gold plated sculpted leaves surround black glass faceted stones. The effect is striking. 2 5/8" high. 2 5/8" wide. 1/2" deep.

Unusual for Haskell. This graceful brooch has a sleek contemporary look, yet it is older Haskell. The blue pieces are translucent, the white and green are opaque. The silver filigree backing is double tiered, typical of older Miriam Haskell. The oval cartouche is on the back. The brooch is 5 1/2" by 4".

Chinese Qing dynasty porcelain dish decorated in the doucai style with a central roundel holding an underglaze blue five-clawed dragon among clouds surrounded by a famille rose enamel butterfly among five clusters of leafy stems holding three peaches each. A geometric blue band extends around the inner rim. The outer edge holds three famille rose enameled floral sprays. A six-character blue kaishu form Guangxu mark (1875-1908) is on the base. Probably of the period...

A great vintage clock by Ferro & Lazzarini (est 1947) of Murano, Italy. Clear glass with gold foil inclusions (Cordonato Oro). Clock is quartz, and a new battery has been recently installed, a new battery will be provided to buyer. Measures 4 inches (10 cm) in diameter and glass is 1 inch (2.54 cm) thick. No chips, cracks or repairs. Bears original label on back, that reads: Glass/Murano/Italy/Ferro & Lazzarini. Circa 1960's.

Trifari design patent number on the back of the brooch--#129320--reveals that the design was created in 1940, probably by Philippe for Trifari. It is a treasure, and oh so graceful in line. 4" long, 1 3/4" wide. Slightly convex, rhodium plated.

Charming Miriam Haskell pin in the much sought after red color. All glass beads. Haskell oval cartouche on the back. 2 5/8" long, 1 1/2" wide, dangle 1 1/2".

This Haskell choker is so wearable, and so lovely. The swirls in the oval glass beads combine nicely with the gray faux Baroque pearls. Clasp and oval metal tag stamped Miriam Haskell. 14" long with 3" extension. Oval beads 3/4" long, 5/8" diameter.

The red/orange squares are translucent. The black squares are opaque. This wide and chunky bracelet is showy. It is new, plastic and unsigned. It is 1 7/8" high with 2 1/2" inside diameter.It has a nice wall.

This sterling silver and enamel bangle bracelet has a bold Nordic design that enhances its narrow, delicate shape. It bears the mark of Aksel Holmsen, an N in a square, which stands for the workshop’s ‘Norse’ line. The enamel is entirely intact, and is applied within bands of silver in the style of stained glass or cloisonne. The bracelet dates c. 1970, and measures 3/16 inch wide, with a diameter of 2 ½ inches and an internal circumference of about 7 ¾ inches. Weight: 20.8 grams

One of the demanding techniques the Los Castillo workshop is credited with, onix negro (black onyx) was introduced by them in the world of Taxco silver-smithing in the early 1950s and it has resulted in some amazing pieces of jewelry. Vintage 1940s Hector Aguilar silver repousse floral brooch in what I believe to be a squash blossom design which might even have been created by Valentin Vidaurreta. There are several variations of the motif that can be found in various sizes and weights - during the short period in the 1940s when Coro had their jewelry made in Aguilar's workshop due to the war restrictions, brooches like this albeit lighter were also made for the American market and stamped with Coro's Mexican hallmark...

A Scottish agates sterling silver banded agate sword pin circa 1911. This handsome dirk pin features finely banded agate cased in a hand-engraved "sheath"; the hilt of the knife features a cabochon agate stone. It is fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1911-12, and it has the maker's or retailers mark for Adie & Lovekin. Many of these pins were made in Scotland and hallmarked in Birmingham, although some were made there as well...

A Navajo sterling silver ring with a blue opal circa 1960s 1970s. This vintage size 6 ring features a large solitaire opal with blue and green colours; it measures 1" x 7/8" across the stone. It is unsigned which is not uncommon and it weighs 7.9 grams. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some natural striations in the stone and some minor surface wear.
