This early Dior brooch was designed by Michel Maer for the House of Dior. It has a delicate and elegant look and measures 2 3/4" by 1 1/2".
Gorgeous purse, but camera shy. This hand painted pouch purse has iridescent colors placed on putty colored suede. The suede is as soft as velvet. There is a shoulder strap so it can be worn that way or carried as a clutch. It is a purse of the finest quality and is in perfect condition. From the 1960's. Early, rare and exquisite, this heavily detailed repousse bracelet was designed and signed c. 1940 by Mexico City Artist Matilde Poulat. The center rose panel measures 1 1/2" high. The wearable length is 6 3/4" long. It weighs a comfortable 57 grams and is in excellent condition with a beautifully aged patina. This design pictured on p. 199 of WILLIAM SPRATLING AND THE MEXICAN SILVER RENAISSANCE by Penny Morrill and was included in the museum exhibit of the same title...
