A very fine 18K yellow gold fob charm set with coral cameos. The faces are similar to comedy and tragedy masks, with one frowning, one smiling and one somewhere in between. The cameos are very nicely carved and have the strong coloration typical of Mediterranean coral from the Italian coast. The gold surfaces are ornately decorated with beading and twisted wirework. This Scottish blood stone, brass & cairngorn brooch is 1 3/4" in diameter. The brass fillagree base is very similar to Miriam Haskell backs. There are for round blood stone disks measuring 3/8" in diameter and 4 diamond shaped.

Blood stone is Plasma with red sports of iron oxide. Plasma is dark green, opaque chalcedonly quartz with the color coming from the chlorite.

This angel is going to watch over someone special. A 14Kt white gold angel pendant/charm is decorated by ten single cut diamonds set in her wings. The pendant is 1” high including the bail, and 5/8” at its widest part. The perfect gift for your angel.

Reminiscent of the Renaissance Revival style, these intricately decorated earrings are set with central chrysoprase cabochons surrounded by faceted green glass stones. The earrings test as silver, date somewhere around 1930-1950, and are most likely .800 silver. Modern sterling silver posts have replaced screw back closures that were marked ‘SIL.’ Each earring measures ½ inch across and about ¼ inch deep.

This elegant 14Kt yellow gold band is set with 4 natural round faceted sapphires and 15 brilliant cut channel set diamonds. The stones create a pattern that goes ¾ of the way around and the band finished with a square shank. The approximate weight of the 4 sapphires is 0.25Ct, while the approximate total weight of the 15 diamonds is 0.30Ct. The band is a size 5 and can be sized within limits.

Large by Western standards, this is actually the "childs" size version of this foo dog necklace worn by the Chinese Miao minority 70-90 years ago. Made of low grade silver, typical of Chinese jewelry of the time period, the intricate pendant is 5.5 inches across, 6.5 inches long and suspended from a long hand-made chain. A vintage sterling silver hand wrought bangle bracelet and brooch by the well regarded silversmith, Herman Glendenning, (1906-1977). Glendenning worked for the prominent silversmith Arthur Stone and attained the Master Craftsman rank of the Society of Arts and Crafts, Boston, in 1927.

The bracelet measures about 7 3/4" around and 5/8" at the widest. Oval shaped so slides on easily. Has flattened and flared ends. Feels solid and substantial.

This triangular pin features a cabochon pink quartz set in a recessed bezel mount. It bears the mark of Danish maker N.E. From and the sterling mark. Deep patination on the front enhances the stone. The rollover clasp is very secure. The pin has a small nick to the edge on the back, shown in the detail photo; it is not viewable from the front. Each side of the pin measures 1 ½ inches long.

Fabulous bracelet composed completely of violet-colored glass flowers and green leaves strung on an amber glass chain. This is one of the best pieces of early glass jewelry we've encountered. The delicacy and detail of the modeling is outstanding, as are the colors. The bracelet retains its original brass c-clasp.
