Molten caramel golds and shimmering coffee browns are reflected in warmly mellowed silver in this modernist Mexican pendant necklace with neck ring. Very Scandinavian in design, necklaces of this type are not very common in the world of vintage Mexican jewelry and I consider myself even luckier to have come upon this exquisite example because it is also a pre-1980 creation. Elaborate wirework is the defining feature of these distinctive cuff links, which are unmarked but test as silver. They are gilded, including the wirework, and are enhanced with maroon enamel. The buttons are attached to silver gilt bars by chains. They come in a small box with the name of a jeweler in Lisbon, Portugal. The buttons measure a little over 5/8 inch in diameter.

These delicate-looking, lacy links are actually form quite a substantial chain necklace. The links have a clever twist, but still lie nicely when worn. A very handsome pair of 18K yellow gold cufflinks by Tiffany & Co., Paris. The square front faces and rectangular back faces are worked in a fine 3-over-1 basket weave pattern. The deep recesses of the pattern were only lightly polished to heighten the three-dimensional quality of the design. The back faces are hinged. A very fine 14K gold stickpin in the form of a horse's head by Sloan & Co. They eye is set with a small ruby cabochon. An unusual vintage 14K gold equestrian keychain by Tiffany & Co. The chain has a fob on either end, one in the form of a horseshoe and the other in the form of a fully three-dimensions horse head. It has a prestigious history as a symbol of kings, worn by Crusaders into battle, and an emblem of the flag of St. Joan of Arc. Today it is the symbol of the city of New Orleans and is proudly embraced in the rebuilding efforts.

This fleur de lis has an enamel center over brass and is used separately as a pin or as a watch holder. It is 1 1/4" x 1" .
