A fine early French Art Nouveau orchid brooch, the flower petals carved from banded agate around old mine cut diamond stamens, all set atop an elegant gold stem set with rose cut diamonds. The flower is a single piece of agate, finished with a matte surface to suggest the texture of a real flower petals. The carver left streaks of a darker colored agate on the back to create the delicately-colored veining that shows through the petals...

It's an iconic bracelet, with gorgeous faceted amethysts and incised stars which are oxidized in the recesses. The amethysts sit high in four pronged settings. This iconic sterling silver brooch was designed & signed circa 1950's by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). The eyes of the dragonfly are finished with a copper wash. The pin measures 2 1/2" across & 2" high. The pin is in beautiful condition. Hallmarked WS 925 eagle #30. 14k rose gold and diamond screw back earrings. Approximately .40cttw of brilliant cut diamonds in solid 14k rose gold. The earrings measure approximately 1.5" long and .5" at their widest. They are stamped "14k" on the screw back finding and the bottom portion is articulated to move when worn. The overall weight of the pair is 15.9g. They are in excellent condition.

A handsome pair of French silver Art Nouveau cufflinks, the faces decorated with a young woman against a spider web background. In Art Nouveau jewelry, the spider web motif was meant to symbolize entrapment and danger—in this case as a counterpoint to the maiden who suggests innocence. The outer edges of the faces follow the geometric shape of the spider web at the top, but are more rounded at the bottom of the design where the woman’s hair and clothing flows...

This sterling Hobe bow pin has six (6) 8 mm stones and 5 hand applied ornamental buds around the three 8 mm stones on each side. The 8mm stones are purple, yellow, and blue. This Hobe pin is in excellent condition.

This elegant and stylish bracelet by Antonio Pineda features thick silver links set with an oval cabochon Amethyst stone on one side with a luminous Pearl on the other. Beautifully crafted in thick heavy silver it measures 6 5/8" long by 7/8" wide and weighs 67.1 grams. A fine, heavy pair of 18K yellow gold cufflinks in the “mors de filet” or “snaffle bit” style. When the ends are flipped up into their closed position, the entire cufflink has the look of horse bit, especially with the raised diamond patterns on each end. The ends of the connectors are inset with round brilliant cut diamonds. The cufflinks are marked indistinctly with French gold hallmarks.

Lushly designed floral sterling and amethyst pin sold by Sanborn's and possibly made by Fred Davis who managed and designed for the store from 1947 through the early 50's, Mexico, c.1950. Pin is signed "bellmark 22", which was Sanborn's number. It measures 2 1/8" long by 1" wide. Excellent condition except that pin was probably changed with lead solder. Beautiful design that is reminiscent of Davis's work......$12 for insured USA shipping plus applicable NY sales tax.

This lovely, sterling silver, Mexican, well-crafted bracelet displays shiny, turquoise cabochons on each ornate link. It is 6 3/4" long. Each convex link measures approximately 1 1/4" x 1". It has a box clasp marked STERLING 925, and, in a circle on the back of one of the links: TAXCO HECHO EN MEXICO (blurry) with the an illegible mark in the middle. It has a V-spring and Box Clasp marked STERLING 925. It has good heft, weighing just under 1 1/2 ounces and is in great condition.

An English sterling silver graduated heavy link watch chain, hallmarked with a date stamp on the swivel and onecente-loop for Birmingham 1901. The fob is an 1897 English silver thruppence - threepenny or three pence silver coin. This coin was sometimes used as here to commemorate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee in 1897 celebrating 60 years reign. Each link has the lion passant mark for sterling silver...

Circa 1930's-40's, this hand-wrought necklace is hallmarked with a simple early mark "Silver Mexico". I have previously had the identical design which was produced by Rafael Dominguez, as well I've seen it with the Antonio Pineda early mark. Twenty-seven lyre shaped panels are linked together with rectangular connectors topped with a copper bead set in the center of two silver beads. The looped hook closure is topped with four beads, copper alternating with silver...
