A wonderful pair of sterling silver modernist earrings by the renowned African American jeweler, Art Smith. These screw back earrings measure 2 5/8" long and 5/8" at the widest. Marked with the 'Art Smith' script signature. Screw backs are marked with the pinwheel and 925 for sterling. In fine condition with very minor surface scratches and areas of tarnish. Screw backs hold securely. Very comfortable to wear. Classic mid century modernist design.

A vintage modernist sterling silver bracelet by Taxco artisan, Erika Hult de Corral in a zig zag pattern. Marked Ric, Taxco SA, Sterling, Hecho en Mexico, Eagle #3 and 925. Measures 6 7/8" around and 2 1/4" at the highest. Has some very minor surface scratches. Clasp snaps securely. There is a safety hook for extra security. Nice weight, heavy and solid. Great modernist design!

DESCRIPTION: Late 1900s, a fine sterling pendant with a cut-out flourish on the pendant plate and with a large, colorful calsilica stone, also called "rainbow calsilica," this one reflecting the painted colors of a Southwestern mountain desert at sunset. Very good condition, marked "DTR" (Desert Rose Trading, NM), ".925" (indicating sterling silver). DIMENSIONS: Pendant is 2-1/2" long.

This stylish handmade Art Deco platinum cocktail ring is set with two marquise diamonds and forty-two single cut diamonds. This magnificent, hand forged piece was designed & signed c.1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist Antonio Pineda (1919-2009). Weighing 225 grams, the hinged, flexible buckle measures 9" across X 2 3/4" high tapering to 1 3/4" at the terminals. 3 thick silk velvet cords are sewn into place at the ends. The cords are in beautiful condition & overlap to avoid separation when worn. Each cord measures 23" long. Wearable length with the buckle is 31"...

An outstanding Victorian 18K yellow gold oval slide locket, the cover with set with an amazing sardonyx cameo depicting an early steamship also rigged with sails. The single smoke funnel, the sails’ rigging and the absence of a sidewheel suggest the locket dates to the mid-19th century. The carving is expertly worked using the alternating cream and rust colors of the sardonyx to represent every small detail.
